filled out the pre-appointment questionaire
Their web-site did not retain the information that was entered. Dr. Graves did not introduce himself and said 'You will have to reschedule'. Very rude and discourteous. I left and will never return

Friendly & welcoming office
Heather at the front desk greeted me with a smile & friendly warm demeanor. I was impressed with Erin’s (PA’s) listening & compassionate personality. She was relatable & explained in great detail the process & sequencing for dispensing a CPAC machine. Dr. Graves was professional & friendly. He answered my questions & did not seem rushed. I am very happy with the overall atmosphere of this caregiver & staff.

Dr. Graves is my second pulmonologist and I can’t say enough about him and his staff! They are caring, efficient, organized and really listen to me and answer all my questions. I got in to see them the same week I called, scheduled my PFT and CTA scan and follow up visit within 3 weeks! With my previous Dr. there was always a full waiting room of patients and it took an average of 3 hours to see the Dr. Here, they are respectful of your time and there is a minimal waiting time. In addition, everyone is positive and upbeat. Dr. Graves told me to “believe that I will get better” and I have been!

This is a wonderful, understanding and informative doctor. He has a very calming personality to make you feel comfortable and at ease. He takes so much time with you (which I think under todays protocol is probably to much time) however, that's what makes him outstanding.

Dr Graves has been my doc since 2012 when I had a PE. He has a great bedside manner and he put me at ease concerning the situation I found myself in. I have total confidence in him. Previous reviewer said he was condescending, complete hogwash. He seems totally dedicated to his patients health and has always addressed my health concerns with what I felt to be total honesty. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a kind, considerate, and confident doctor.

Can be condescending and dismissive. Needs to value patient's right to decide on their course of treatment, seemed to take offense when his plan of care is questioned.
