No help! At my mom's 1st appt with Dr. Hale she told him she has been anemia. He ordered blood tests but did not check red blood cell count, and she was told everything was perfect! A week later, she went from push-mowing the yard to having chest pains, being out of breath, & feeling like she was going to pass out when she stood up. After telling his office this, they made her an appt. 7 weeks away! She continued getting worse. They got her into a nurse practitioner, who ran some tests & told her she was fine! When she asked them what she should do about her declining condition, they told her to call an ambulance! I knew my mom needed better care, so I called my Dr. in Neosho & they got her in, took blood, did an ekg, and scheduled a stress test. The next morning my Dr. called & said to get her to the ER, she needed an immediate blood transfusion! She was dangerously anemic; her red blood count was 5 when it should be 12. We now know she was bleeding internally. No thanks to Dr. Hale!

Dr Hale is a Specialist. He bills insurance at the Specialist rate. You will be charged the Spec. copay. Most Spec. copays are $100. Book an appointment with him only if you require a specialist.

He's been my PCP for 5 months now and he's most likely the best doctor I've ever had, he's kind and smart and understand my condition. I can tell he has a passion for being a doctor and genuinely cares about his patients well being, he always exceeds my expectations. He should win an award for best doctor.

We moved here from another city more than 2 hours away, so we needed to change Drs. We asked our "Next Neighborhood" for recommendations and Dr. Hale was one of the 2 most recommended. We chose him because of Mercy Hospital. We are both extremely satisfied with his services and recommendations.

I've had six doctors since moving to Branson in 2003. I finally found one I trust and who makes me feel comfortable and is concerned about my well being. I would reccomend Dr. Hale to anyone. His staff are great and easy to see. I've had to see a couple specialists and have gotten a appointment in a short time.

My husband and I have gone to Dr. Hale since he came to the Mercy Clinic in Branson. He is so easy going and never frightens you. He has a good understanding of any problem you have and gives good advice on how to handle them. Common sense. Kind. When I had breast cancer last year, the hospital had not yet notified me and Dr. Hale called me to see if I knew. I just so much appreciated that. Very kind.
