Incompetent, Greedy, Phony
Dr. Pink should find another profession. I went to him as I believe in a preventive and integrative approach and thought he had a similar mindset. I always give people a chance Always. Although I come from a 3 generation high achieving Ivy League family (myself included) I give everyone a chance. I was feeling weak & Dr.P told me I had anemia. He prescribed massive doses of iron for months. I still felt weak. Finally saw a competent hematologist who after proper testing told me I never had anemia...Most recently, despite the fact my insurance premium was paid &fully up to date, for some reason 'penny pincher Pinky' was not paid. Instead of letting me resolve matter, he refused to give me ,my blood pressure meds etc. until he was paid. It is ironic he calls his practice Genuine Care. It should more aptly be named, Gen Forgot to mention, he almost killed my friend's dad. Told him he had plenty of time for hernia operation. The consulted another MD who said get him to hospital NOW.

I had a bad case of covid and called to have covid meds called into a pharmacy. The front desk didn't know what the meds even were and left a message for the Dr. He called me back for a phone appt and in addition to the covid medication he wanted to prescribe me cough meds, zinc, and vitamin c. I told him I didn't need that multiple times, that I can get those OTC and after trying to push it a few times he said ok just the covid mediation. My parents pick up my prescription today (because he called me back at night after pharmacies are closed) and it's cough medicine and vitamin c, he never prescribed me the meds we talked about. And now months later I'm getting texts from my pharmacy they received ANOTHER prescription for the vitamins (that I never wanted in the first place).

Best Doctor I've ever met
I've been looking for a competent PCP (Primary Care Physician) for a long time because I am in the medical field and have a clear understanding and perspective on various medical conditions, testing, and possible treatment options. In many instances, I was forced to seek a second opinion until I met Dr. Arthur Pinkhasov at the "Genuine Care Physician's"office. Dr. Pinkhasov is a highly knowledgeable and experienced physician. He is an out-of-the-box thinker when it comes to complicated patient conditions. Dr. Pinkhasov performs thorough patient assessments, obtains complete medical history, and orders appropriate tests to assemble pieces of the puzzle before suggesting a patient diagnosis. Moreover, Dr. Pinkhasov has a unique and individualized patient care approach depending on individual patient needs and treats every patient as his family member. After an extensive search, I was fortunate to find my doctor. Thank you so much, Dr. Pinkhasov, for your knowledge and compassionate care

This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a doctor's office. Other than the staff, who were both kind and helpful, everything was awful. After walking through a moldy smelly hallway, I entered the office, where patients were maskless, one of them having a loud conversation with another and coughing into the air. I opted to wait outside the door. After a 90 minute wait, finally I was asked inside, for medical history questions (with the door to the exam room wide open). I asked about them allowing maskless patients inside, and didn't really get a response. Then THE ACTUAL DOCTOR walked by the room, mask around neck, and shouted something inside the door of the room I was sitting in. I read the reviews here and they were favorable which is why I selected this doctor in the first place. Maybe they were all written before covid. I don't know. What I do know is that I will never ever set foot in this office again, and if quarantine is important to you, you shouldn't either.

My PCP is important to me especially as I was really off in many of my numbers 10 months ago and needed help. I am now within parameters on all categories, thx to Dr. P. He worked with me, advised me well, gave me encouragement. I lost weight, brought A1C down to 5 from 9, am off Metformin and am very comfortable that he knows me and will advise me well moving forward. I am 66. Lucky me. Recommended.
