Absolutely no empathy for patients
Waited for several month for first appointment, he met the patient for 5 minutes, and didn’t do anything, didn’t even order any tests. Second appointment was a month away. We waited for 50 minutes (after the appointment hour). When he finally came in, he won’t even sit down and was ready to walk out that minute and saying there he was behind schedule…. Horrible attitude.

WORST DOCTOR EVER!!
Cancelled vasectomy appointment on me 3 times. Allegedly for an emergency. Emergencies are now. Not weeks away. I’ve been trying to get an vasectomy for 8 months. This guy must’ve skipped the class on ethics in his education. Doesn’t deserve to be called a Doctor. Playing with people’s lives and should be held accountable.

Worst doctor to whom I ever went
Scheduled a lot of unnecessary tests and walked out of the examining room without saying a word. They never phoned in the medication he prescribed and it took several calls. I went to another doctor and they wanted to charge me a fee for transferring my records.

Horrible communication skills. I was asking medical questions and he actually told me that I was taking too much time because he had to see other patients. I will be seeing a new PCP and will be asking for a referral to another urologist.

Came in for a Vasectomy and was immediately evident that Dr. Wong is very experienced and knows what he is doing. He was very accommodating throughout the process and most impressive was how he taught the whole process to the medical student who was present. I would recommend him to family or friends 10 X out is 10.

Incompetent doctor with horrible communication skills. Started with a kidney stone. I suffered pulmonary emboli and almost died after he performed a stent procedure on me in the ER at Miriam Hospital (cannot prove he caused this). This doctor never had any plan of treatment for me other to keep insisting I learn to cath myself. After 3 months, he told me it was a prostate issue. I had to research meds and options. Stay away from this doctor!

I had a penile ulcer but was negative for sti's, so I went to Dr. Wong to see if he could figure out the problem. He wanted to surgically remove the ulcer (along with a lot of surrounding skin), despite the fact that that would have been totally useless and harmful except on the very slim chance it was cancerous. I said that maybe I just wasn't positive yet because I'd been tested too soon, and he said he didn't know much about syphilis. Got tested few days later, and yeah it was just syphilis.
