Doctor Doraiswamy I would lo acknowledge one of your employees. Her name is Mayra. She’s very knowledgeable and professional. Under pressure she maintains her cool, which is a quality to have . I’ve interfaced with Mayra for a few years and I believe she is an employee that would be very hard to replace. If I was her supervisor I would give her a promotion and a hefty raise/bonus. She reflects that your doctors office is highly respected for being a top-notch office.Thank you for allowing me the privilege to acknowledge Ms.Mayra .

My primary care physician retired after 20 years, and my new doctor referred me to the Pain Clinic of Hemet. (I had been managing my pain with oral and injected medications). I went to the Pain Clinic, met with Monica and J.Z. Lanier. What a wonderful team. After some routine tests, J.Z. made some minor adjustments to my pain meds, and for the first time in many years, I was able to sleep through most of the night! And it was a deep, refreshing sleep, something I thought I would never experience again. (I am a disabled senior citizen with severe osteoarthritis, diabetic neuropathy, PAD/CVI, and myoproliferative disease.) The Pain Clinic of Hemet has been an answer to prayers.

I went to my appointment at 2 o’clock give them all my information and all the medication I was taking for years and he saw one of my pain medication‘s with Xanax he did not give me any other information on what other medication I can take for anxiety which I’ve had most of my life I feel like he just brushed me off and talk to my doctor and I had just seen my Doctor Who sent me there it was not very clean especially in the restrooms the ladies were very nice but was not very helpful to me I did see Dr. door swami years ago he treated me better I don’t understand it and I was in so much pain today I couldn’t believe it.

I have been seen by Dr Doraiswamy and associates since 2012. He and his office staff are kind and competent. A special "shout out" for P.A. JZ and his assistants, Kristina and Carissa ... always on time, always personable, and always ready to help. Sadly, I am moving to New Mexico ... this medical firm will be hard to replace.

Dr. Doraiswamy has done numerous epidural and other pain block procedures. All were a success! Over the past 1 1/2 years I've been treated by his Physician Assistant named Robert DeCaro. Mr. DeCaro is the greatest and wished he was my primary physician. He did his residency with 2 orthopedic surgeons who operated on my shoulders. I couldn't ask for more knowledgeable staff. Dr. Doraiswamy is rated on top for bedside manor, very pleasant to deal with. Dr. and his staff are the best!

The Professionalism of the staff is grear! They are knowledgeable about their duties. They are very very personable.

I've been seeing Dr. Duraiswamy since 2012 he is very compassionate and a very good listener,most of his staff are very nice and courteous the only problem is with Robert the P.A. when you talk to him about other doctors who are the specialist or x-ray technicians he has a tendency to tell you that this this person is not very good or that certain doctors don't know what they're doing that some of the treatments they give you do no good. Other than that everyone else is great I have never had any problems with appointments or the front desk.

Dr . Doraiswamy is very caring and professional with his patients. His bedside manner is the best of all the doctors I have seen in twenty years. He is very knowledgeable and always take time to listen and address your concerns.

Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to actually see him. After having 2 appointments rescheduled, I was finally seen by the PA 2 months after being referred by my Orthopedic doctor. I was scheduled for injections for my back pain 1 1/2 months later, but that procedure was cancelled due to the doctor not being available. I was told they would know when they could reschedule in about a week or so but have had no call 12 days later. It has now been 4 months since being referred for pain management! Gave 1 star because I had to select.

everyone there is so helpful and caring, kind... I been seeing Dr. Anylou Leano alittle over 2 yrs. and I love them all... they are all very generous. One of the best Dr's office I been to.

Best pain doctor ever and Robert is knowledgeable and kind

This doctor is one of the best doctors I have ever had he is so patient, and spends time with you, wants to know about your pain if it is better or has it gotten worst. I love to go to his office the receptionist (Brianda and Bertha) they are very nice and well understanding even if you may be rude to them they are still are calm. I just overall like them, also the doctor I see in the office is very kind and patient and listens to me when I feel bad or tries to resolve the problem.

Staff is always helpful and professional. Great office with a family vibe!

Dr. Doraiswamy office may not have the perfect front office staff but he for sure has the most caring nurse practitioner. I do not recall the last time a drs office was perfect. The care you receive in his office with Anylou is far better than any care I have received. She truly makes up for any glitches. The moment she walks in the room to the moment you check out she makes sure your are well taken care of. Thank you for being awesome!

I am BSN, RN who has a diverse clinical background with surgery and specialty clinics. I was a patient and would highly recommend this doctor. He is excellent. However, I 100% concur with the review from October. You need to eliminate your current staff immediately. You will lose business. I recommended this doctor for my husband and we have Tricare Select. We have made numerous phone calls and left messages that are NEVER returned by staff. This is TRULY unfortunate. We asked for new referral

I think this dr. really cares for his patients. However his telephone staff is doing him a great disservice. I have yet to get a call back from ALL the messages I have left. If you have the patience and the time to finally get to speak to him, you immediatly feel his sincerety and gain confidence in him. He needs to really get a new system in phone messaging. I'm changing my review since office got larger the staff has gotten ruder and more incompetent with patients care!

I didn't want to even leave one star this is the worst place they never answer the phone and we have left 5 message an no one has ever called us back

I have never met Dr. Doraiswamy. He is never in his Hemet office it seems. His office in Hemet is not ready for prime time. It took nearly 2 months to get in contact with his office. It took my Primary to finally get through without being directed to voice mail immediately. No return calls, no answering of faxes. Lost my urine sample twice. Took two weeks for my doctor and myself to get that information. The office is a mess. The bathrooms not ADA compliant.

Dr. Doraiswamy in my honest opinion has been the best Pain Mgmt Dr., I've seen. He actually cares about you and gets you the proper treatment! He is also well mannered, soft spoken and well versed in his field. If not for him and his staff I would be suffering. AnyLou, his assistant is the next best thing since Coca Cola. She not only is sweet but she actually cares about you! Anylou actually takes her time with you and gets you the answers you need. She always follows through! Thank you so m
