Substandard service
Other practices can't get complete set of medical re ords after multiple requests. Catty, snappy female office staff. Very unprofessional. Sorry a PA is NOT a doctor an lacks the knowledge of an medically trained doctor. This practice made my condition worse! Very nasty, snappy, unprofessional attitude by whomever makes the callbacks. Understanding your place when speaking with sick patients is always appreciated. Practice it please. We don't need talked down to. Here's a hint.. don't do callbacks if you don't have time for a conversation.

Office staff was insulting and unprofessional
Office staff refused to work with either of our TWO current insurance companies insisting it was our responsibility, eventhough phone numbers for Provider contacts was clearly shown on both insurance cards. The situation was resolved literally in minutes after the office had refused my daughter her allergy shot. We will NOT be back and will NOT be using this office at any point in the future, nor do we recommend this office for you and your family.

Not helpful
I have idiopathic angioedmema. Dr. Kadambi never listened to me and insisted I have a food allergy. Because of this, I would literally not eat for days at a time because my skin test showed I was allergic to every allergen except pork (my skin is highly sensitive, which should have been taken into account. ) This was particularly dangerous as I was a self-conscious thirteen year old girl, and he told me not to eat anything i was reactive to. The highest reactivity was to peanut butter, so I did not eat any peanut product for years. One day, I had a peanut butter sandwich, and nothing happened. Thanks to the atrocious experience with him and the fact that he never listened to me or even pretended to care, I'm still stuck getting swollen spots the size of baseballs on my face 20 years later no closer to any answer as to the cause of my swelling. I didn't want to endure anyone like him again and I'm still trying to get over my now jaded view of doctors.

Worst office in Lexington
The office is dirty, the staff s rude and unprofessional, Dr Kandambi could care less about his patients. I’ve had an Rx sitting in his desk per his staff for 2 weeks waiting on his signature!!! This is for a medication infusion that I take weekly to keep from getting sick. I am beyond disgusted and disappointed in this office.

Dr.Kadambi and staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I have been dealing with recurrent respiratory infections for the past 10+ years. No other provider has taken the time to listen to my concerns. Dr. Kadambi has done an amazing job addressing my concerns and further investigating my health issues. I am very confident in his treatment plan and highly recommend him for any allergy and/ or immunological problems.

Dr. Kadambi’s Office (Monarch Dt.) are probably the most unprofessional staff I have ever met. I have called Multiple times (20+) over the last 3 weeks (left multiple voicemails) trying to get someone to call me back over both my allergy shots and a refill on my allergy medication. My pharmacy as also reached out without getting a reply. When the front desk finally answered, they stated that they have zero control over any of that and I’d have to just wait for the nurses to finally answer. Super unhelpful & very disappointed that a place dedicated to helping people with allergies/etc. has zero cares I have gone without my prescription this long. I am usually very understanding that they stay very busy but this has been taken way too far at this point. Dr. Kadambi himself Is a great doctor, however his staff is going to lose him many patients. I drive 35 minutes to get these allergy shots because a do not have a facility close so it is not as simple as being able to stop by.
