Dr. Ary Krau, MD

So, I was not a run of a mill breast revision. I have had several other surgeries and none of them done to my likings. Beyond GRATEFUL as Dr Ary Krau repaired what I thought may not have been possible! His skilled hands precisely revised my breasts and I love showing them to my husband now. Also, he no longer hears me complain because I am soooo happy with the appearance! Thank you Doctor. You are A Blessing!!!

My experience was terrible I definitely should of listened to myself when I second guessed my surgery. Dr. Krau has a horrible bedside manner, he didn’t go into details about the procedure and didn’t explain anything thoroughly. I chose him when I did research on his Instagram page he had great before and after photos and I thought his work spoke for itself. My breast lift with implants were too big for my chest, left me with a sensitive breast plate issue and necrosis of the areola to which the so called Doctor never even called to speak to me about after my many messages. No one should have surgery with him or at this facility that basically treats you like a cash cow period. I had to have my implants removed and my lift fixed along with multiple procedures to correct my areola and I was left with little to no feeling on both breast and nipples.

TLDR: Krau’s practice is a disorganized mess that left me feeling unsafe and doubting the competency of Krau and his entire staff. So I canceled my procedure the day before it was scheduled. I researched over 50 plastic surgeons for a breast lift and augmentation procedure I wanted as a “life present” for my 50th birthday. I read review after review, and even paid to consult with a couple of doctors. I chose Ary Krau, without having consulted with him, because I liked the results on his website of women my age undergoing the same procedure and reasoned Miami, like LA, has a reputation for grooming outstanding cosmetic surgeons and practices. I stupidly paid my deposit, then all my fees, and completed all my pre-op medical examinations believing I would be under competent care. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Im writing this review today while my wife is not in surgery. Yesterday we made what should have been the difficult decision to inccur all of our travel expenses without the benefit of their untended purpose. My wife will not be having a breast lift with augmentation performed by Dr Ary Krau. However, making that decision was surprisingly simple. The series of events that have unfolded over the past three days, and the interactions with his staff have made us doubt their ability to provide the minimum standard of patient care. I won't bore you with the details of the conversations but the more we asked, the more uneasy we became. Finally, having waited for nearly two hours, and not having seen Dr Krau, we chose to leave. We let his pre op nurse know we were leaving and we left. During the hour long drive back to our lodging, no one from his practice attempted to contact us, nor have they in the day since.

I am very unhappy and upset with the result. my breasts look terrible. Dr. Krau did a terrible job on my breasts ... In March 2020, I paid $ 7,900 for the surgery and the result was terrible, uneven scars and incorrect implants. To make matters worse, I had to pay another $ 4,000 to fix it and had a second surgery in June 2021, but the result is again disgusting, the breasts is crooked and ugly. Dr. Krau raises his voice and spoke to me rudely. The staff is rude and incompetent, I am sorry I went to this doctor.

Travelled from PA to FL for a breast lift with silicone implants. I was provided with 25 pages of specific information pertinent to pre op and post op care. My pre-op appt was on Monday. He was very informative, and took his time reviewing benefits and risks of my procedure. The next day I underwent my procedure and was we'll cared for approximately 1hr post op in their designated recovery area. It's been almost 24hrs from my procedure, I feel pressure. No true pain.

**Rhinoplasty** I did SO much research, and then, a little more. I had narrowed it down to two doctors, Dr. Krau, and a doctor from Tampa, FL, who strictly did facial surgery, and mostly specialized on rhinoplasty. For more reasons than one, I went with Dr. Krau. I read all of his reviews (on any, and every website you could imagine), looked at all of his “before & after” rhinoplasty photos, looked at his YouTube Chanel, and finally had the courage, and went for the surgery appointment Oct. 1. I was SO nervous, the entire week (before my post op apt - which was today) I was a complete mess, I was so scared to see the results, and after today, I can say I am SO thankful I chose Dr. Krau, and I will be sure to always go back to him for any cosmetic procedures I ever consider. Thank you so much Dr. Krau, and thank you to everyone in the office who helped along the way!

RUDE, ARROGANT, AND INSENSITIVE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This is the first time I have ever entered a plastic surgeon's pre-op room and I felt so uncomfortable. From the beginning of this whole breast augmentation surgery up until ONE DAY before my scheduled surgery I have felt that something was off and unprepared. The staff members of Dr. Krau's office were inconsistent in returning calls/emails, failed to provide me with the correct time of my surgery, and were not accommodating to our requests. Upon my first FaceTime meeting with Dr. Krau I was not able to ask any questions about the surgery and was rudely redirected to his "coordinator" each time and rushed the entire process; the whole conversation lasted exactly 5 minutes. Fast forward to the day before the surgery: I called to confirm my official consultation and had to ASK what time my surgery was the following day. My consultation was scheduled at 2pm and I was seen by Dr. Krau and his surgical coordinator at 4:30pm (they clo

Would never recommend. I had a horrible experience with Dr. Krau. He said his specialty was rhinoplasty. What an awful job I had. After doing my eyelids I could not close my left eye and had to go to a specialist in Palm Beach. I guess breast implants is the business. Be careful!!

The best of the best!!???? this wonderful doctor did my surgery recently on March, 30 2018. I was surprised with the result, I never imagined such of great like he did!!?? I fell in love with his job. I got breast augmentation(750cc) with lifting. Such a fantastic and incredible job! He is an expert! Trust on him! I really recommended him so much???? Dr. Krau is simply phenomenal. I consulted him for a breast revision nine years after my first surgery. What he has done is a symbol of excellence, just night and day with my first surgery. Dr, Krau is truly a gifted surgeon. I had a mastopexy with augmentation and my results are better than anything I expected. He and his entire office and surgical staff are compassionate professionals. The private nurse they recommended for after-care (Olga Giannone olgian77@aol.com) was fantastic and such a help in making my experience a success.

I am an out of town patient and looked for a doctor in my city. However, my friend recommended Dr. Krau and I am glad I took her advice. Everything was amazing - friendly and professional staff, amazing doctor, anesthesiologist, nurses. The procedure went smoothly, post op follow ups were nothing but pleasure. Dr Ary Krou will make you feel that you are a bag of money with legs. Horrible experience CG Cosmetic dont care about you as a patience or person .. Dr Ary Krou got in ti the waiting room while i was waiting fot about 45 minutes and hr didn't greet ptoperly said you need lift and silicone implants and got out I was in shock Was a consultation fot Breast augmentation not a pedicure and even for my pedicure my all respect for these ladies doing pedicure Out there have professionalism

r. Krau is an arrogant, cold, and careless professional and human being. He treats his patients as another number. He doesn't have the patience, compassion or care that a doctor should have. His work is average and cheap. His ego is to high for the work he does. If you need to have a cosmetic procedure, do not choose Dr. Krau. Research for doctors that care and give you attention. Having a cosmetic procedure is stressful that is why to choose a doctor that understands you and cares is important
