Excellent Doctor
Prior to visiting any doctor, I always conduct an Internet search to hear what other patients are saying. Dr. Miah had an average review of 3 stars with most complaining of their procedure being delayed an hour or more. I met him in July 2022 and the first thing I mentioned was the website reviews, which he went on to explain. His explanation left me feeling confident that he was the right gastroenterologist for me and scheduled my colonoscopy for 9/25/22. After checking in, I asked reception if I was on schedule with my time and she honestly stated he was behind 60 minutes. I accepted that and true to her word he was ready an hour later. WOW, my procedure went well and his staff - what a wonderful group of ladies! I definitely recommend him. Thank you all!!

Poor patient care. My father came 15 minutes early for his 11:30 colonoscopy after practically fasting for 24 hours. The procedure did not begin until after 1:30 pm. The staff left him gowned and waiting in a small room from 12 pm to 1:30 pm. The office staff informed us that they had started the day an hour later but never informed us of this delay ahead of time. In addition, they never picked up their phone on previous days when we attempted to call for colonoscopy procedure questions. Poorly managed

Dr. Miah is a wonderful doctor. He has a caring bedside manner. I moved away, so I had to change doctors. I would have remained with him for the rest of my life. He is thorough and professional to a high degree!

DO NOT go to Asadur Miah. I had my upper endoscopy done by him. He didn't even bother to meet me after my procedure was done. Two weeks later when I went to him for a follow-up, he didn't even explain to me what my problem was even though the endoscopy showed that I had moderate gastritis.

This individual is TOTALLY disrespectful and have no respect for patients time. Sat in office for 2 hours , he then left the room without explanation and went to see another patient. He then had the gall to suggest we wait to see him as if he’s the only GI doctor. It’s good that I came with my mother to see this behavior, can’t imagine what he does when she there without me. No bedside manners. Don’t go see this individual. Can your appointment!!!!!!!!!

He did a colonoscopy for my Mom last year, and it was a smooth process from start to finish. My mom had to travel around the time she needed the procedure done, and his office/staff was very accommodating in scheduling her.
