Lazy incompetent staff!
I got a call, not even 24 hours before my appointment by her nurse telling me that they have to cancel my appointment when I’ve been waiting for almost 2 months. I have bone degeneration, disease, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, and a list of other issues since I’ve been 34 years old and I am now 49! I can barely walk, let alone move like any normal human being because of my ailments and they now have the audacity to cancel my appointment and tell me that they don’t have anything until September!?!? Asinine! It’s clear they don’t care about patients and it’s clear that they don’t care about the way It affects those that can’t get the help they need. I was a member when it was still called Mt. Kisco Medical and four names later that they’ve changed and I’m still a patient and this is the way they treat me! This treatment is appalling and unjust and there is clearly no excuse, but they seemed to have quite a bit of those as well! Her staff is lazy and incompetent at their jobs!

The Best!
I've been seeing Dr. Shrestha for three years during which time she has consistently demonstrated her depth of knowledge and professionalism. She's super nice, a great listener and manages to cover a lot of ground within the time constraints she has. She's helped me immeasurably. Great nurses as well.

Awful. Waited months for an appointment (is my 4th rheumatologist) for maybe (if I’m being generous) 7 minutes of her time in a rushed intake which barely covered discussion of all my symptoms. Left multiple messages for a return phone call to discuss blood results which nurse left a 30 sec message with 0 information. Was hung up on twice by receptionists and never got the call to discuss my blood work. She does not care about her patients and just goes through the motions. Will not take the time to try to find the answer.

BEST PHYSICIAN EVER
Dr. Shrestha has hands down saved my life completely. When faced with a weird genetic issue she has gone above and beyond for me to regain my life. She actually listens and genuinely cares about my well-being. I am beyond grateful for her expertise and incredible hands on approach. She is a force to be reckoned with. Yes caremount is tricky to navigate however Dr. Shrestha is The best of the best and worth the small headaches from dealing with caremount.

Very bad experience. I drove an hour to get to this appointment there were no clear instructions as to where she was located. I was 10 minutes late and she would not give me a consult. Now I know why she was the only one I could get an appointment with, the good providers were booked up. I’m glad I did not cancel my appointment with the more reputable group.

1). Will not be recommend. 2). No Urgent appts MA's do not return calls 3). examine room has dried blood clean spots on the floor for years 4). front end people take along time 5). No trust in Doctor tells me one thing one time the opposite the next. I also have learned about one medical person not a doc that actually entertains staff by making fun of the arthritic patients and it is allowed to happen because J is so funny when she does it.
