Disappointed, Left Without Care
Telehealth
I did a virtual visit a few years ago. It didn’t go over well. I explained what I was going through and brought up the medications that had worked in the past. This doctor refused to prescribe anything, and didn’t believe what I was saying. I was accused of lying, and I know at heart I wasn’t. The remarks were sassy, judgmental, non empathetic, hurtful, unprofessional, under educated, it seemed like an opinion was formed before the visit. I had a bad feeling about this doctor before the virtual visit, I understand why. Please find another provider, I don’t want to see others hurt or denied mental health. The compassion, understanding, support and long term solution wasn’t found here.

Does not have an ounce of empathy for patients
Made my mental health worse when I really needed help, changed my medications when I finally had something that worked. Did not seem to listen to what I said, did not take me seriously when I was on the brink of suicide. Will never go back.
