Did not listen to me.
He dismissed the pain I was having in my shoulders. Each time he said he didn't think it was rotator cuff tears. Both times it was. I asked for a MRI on my back. I have major problems in my back. It had been 15 years since I had one. He ordered a regular xray and that was it. Went to him for pain in my hips and was having trouble walking. He said it sounded like an anxiety attack. For a year I couldn't go anywhere because it kept happening. I researched it online. It was caused by my spinal stenosis. Saw an Orthopedic doc and he confirmed that it was spinal stenosis problem. Next time I saw Thapar he said I needed to start walking. When I tried to tell him I couldn't, he interrupted me and said 'yes, you can.' I had a labrum hip tear that was very painful, all of my disc's in my back are gone and I still have the problem with my spinal stenosis. He didn't want to listen. That was the last time I saw him.

He never seems to have answers but recommends many expensive tests over and over again. He has sent me to several specialists, who don't understand why he has referred me, for minor lab work irregularities. This has happened at least 3 times in the past 3 years. Some of the tests he recommends, repeatedly, are invasive and require anesthesia.
