Truly one in a million
I got the pleasure of working beside him during his residency with Dr Cosgriff when he was at EJGH. When I say he is an EXCELLENT oncologist…. It is an understatement!! I feel he was MADE for this field in healthcare!!! I, STILL TO THIS DAY, talk about him to my patients I see in the ED!!! He displays a bedside manner I’ve never seen before, great personality, but also gets down to the nitty gritty when warranted. He explains everything thoroughly and in a manner the pt understands, answers all questions they may have (if they still have any.) He takes his time with each patient and genuinely cares for ‘his’ patients! Oncology is a difficult field, but this man is thriving and making a huge difference in one of the most challenging fields in healthcare! I absolutely adore him and I STILL hold him in the highest regard, as I have worked along side of many great MD’s in my 15 years of Trauma Nursing at MULTIPLE facilities, both in and out of state! You hit the jackpot with this one!!!

By the time I got to Dr. Udhrain (he had at least a month's wait from so many patients booked), I was very scared and down. He put my fears to rest with his positive attitude and detailed plan and I immediately felt better about my predicament. He is warm and appears to treatise patients like human beings rather than "clinical cases". A master at what he does (he was the head of East Jeff cancer department), he actually cares about patients getting better and living the lives they want to live.

Absolutely love his bedside manner. You feel that he is looking out for your best interests. Nothing we ever mention to him goes by not addressed/resolved. He is the best doctor we could have found to give us the confidence that we could beat this aggressive cancer. With God's blessing and doctor Udhrain's care, we are doing just that!
