Dr Sartor saved my life with diabetes. She gave me the tools and my A1C went from 12.4 to 6.5 in 90 days. The reason it worked was I didn’t cheat. I have regressed since due to cancer stress and so much more but I will get back to 6.5 I’m at 8 at the moment. What I want the public to know is that you should trust her advice and plan whatever you are working on. While I was her patient I dropped 90 pounds too. I’m now down 22 again with another 130 to go. Ashleigh you are one in a million. Keep being the doctor you are you truly make a difference. You are missed in my life. I have passed along the meal replacement shakes to the nurses who have taken care of me going through cancer. Thank you for showing me that I matter. I am cancer free!

The negative reviews about Dr. Sartor are correct. She does not make her patient feel seen. Found her through the function health network thinking she would have a more wholistic approach, but she does not.

Methodical but somewhat introverted doctor
Dr Sartor has been my doctor for 3 years. I have found her to be efficient, good doctor who at first seems cold but warms up the more you engage her. I would have given her a 5 star rating except that she only works 3 days a week.

Did not get what I paid for. I sent my daughter here on her first solo physical without me. She came home telling me that they asked her a couple of questions, but no physical. They then sent me a bill, saying it was a meet and greet, the physical comes on the next appointment (the bill was sent months after the appointment, so I don't know when they planned on scheduling her physical??). I was never made aware of this when I made the appointment, nor the charges. When I called to dispute the charge, I was told that their office had turned over, so there was no way to verify my claim.

I held off writing a review after my first visit because I think everyone needs a second chance. The second visit was scheduled but never happened due to a lack of communication by the office staff. I found Dr. Sartor to be impersonal, brief, poor at following up, and her office/administration lacks basic skill and professionalism. If you're looking for a doctor that gets to know the whole person, work through issues, have compassion and good bedside manner, Dr. Sartor is not for you. She's a check-list doctor.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sartor for at least 5 years. She has always listened and has been more than helpful in referring me to specialists when I had heart concerns or needed An odd ultrasound. The whole office staff has always been great. I hurt my leg and hobbled up to the office and they rushed to get someone to see me and when they determined I needed an x-ray, they wheeled me down back to my husbands truck using one their office chairs - so helpful since they really aren’t meant for urgent care! I love that they have labs in house and I can always access my results online. Averages are just guidelines for Dr. Sartor. If you as an individual don’t feel right, she will do everything to work with you to diagnose it and help you make it better. Her knowledge of hormones and a more wholistic approach makes me give her 5 stars.

Terrible. Like other have said, incredibly judgmental doctor, super rude front desk folks. Dr. Sartor withholds medication refills from patients in order to force their acceptance of her opinions on unrelated health issues. Ridiculous.

Very Judgmental. Very expensive. Very limited hours. For someone who is a doctor, she definitely looks down on people who she assumes are below her. Which is sad because those people are coming to her for help. She needs to get in check.

As stated in earlier reviews, the first appointment is just to talk. I just got my bill for $130! I didn't even get my physical this day. My first impression of this office was not good. My appointment was at 1:30pm, and there was a note on the door that the office would be closed until 1:00pm. At 1:20pm, they still were not open. I've reached out to this office twice now via email and they don't respond. I still haven't received any of my blood work that was done 2 weeks ago and can't seem to get a call back.

Not good. Saw her years ago - she doesn't listen. She blamed my horrible chronic back and hip pain on menopause, and when I pointed out a lump on the inside of my thigh that concerned me because it wasn't going away and was getting bigger, she said it was probably a cyst. Negligent by not taking things serious and not ordering tests for me - Almost out of words here so I can't go into details but they ended up serious matters I'm now getting treated. She's young, judgmental & doesn't listen

I cannot leave a full review here due to the limited characters allowed. That said, I would NOT recommend Dr. Ashleigh Sartor NOR would I recommend her office. The office staff IS NOT helpful, considerate, or kind. They do not care about anything but getting you in for more money. I am an RN and have a masters degree. This is the poorest clinic I have ever been to. Terrible and incredibly expensive.

Dr. sartor has been my PCP for a number of years at both locations. I cannot imagine changing. At my age I need someone who listens to my concerns, evaluates, tests and personally discusses each one before recommending treatment. I am confident that she provides the best health care for myself as well other patients! I totally trust her and her great staff., I am great full that she and hear team are my PCP.

I'm reading some of these negative reviews wondering if there's another Dr Sartor somewhere. I've had nothing but pleasant and positive experiences with her and Altitude. She listens to me, asks questions of me, NEVER pushes meds unless she believe they are the best treatment for something...overall I believe she has my health as her main goal.

Ashleigh Sartor is pleasant enough. But young young young. She took a look at a rash I had, said hmmm don't know, and it cost me $127. Still looking for someone who can help me.

I saw Dr. Sartor for the first time last week. She was very attentive, compassionate and overall what appears to be a wonderful Physician. However, her MA and the receptionists were not as pleasant to deal with. Her MA does not return phone calls and the front desk are not friendly when greeting patients.

Having moved from out of State, I have been a patient of Dr. Sartor's since 2014. I have been very happy with Dr. Ashleigh Sartor. We always go over any changes or concerns since my last visit. She listens, answers any questions or concerns. I like her, she seems a compassionate person. Before I leave she always asks if I have any other questions or concerns. She has a warm and friendly personality. I trust her judgement regarding my medical care.

Ashleigh Sartor is a JOKE of a physician! I would not recommend anyone to her, she refers out for the most simple procedures, rather than doing it herself. She orders unnecessary labs & seems to "zone out" during office visits. She is not an ethical person & should not be a medical provider.
