Hopefully she gets the help she needs
Deeply unkind.Lacks basic human compassion. This is the first (and hopefully last) negative review I've ever left about anyone. She was dismissive when I asked her for pain medicine for my father who was in tremendous pain following a difficult medical procedure. My father is an old school guy who, to my knowledge, has basically never taken pain medication for anything. He's broken an arm and a femur and I never heard him complain about the pain. But he was in the most pain I'd ever seen him in following a medical procedure on a Friday night when we had the misfortune to have Ashley assigned to my dad in the ER.I walked to her office in the ER to basically beg her to send Dad home with some kind of pain medicine and she went on an unhinged rant about how a patient should never come to a doctor's office.I've seen so many good doctors for so long, that meeting a doctor like Ashley Cole is quite jarring.Carefully consider the other reviews about her character.Stay far away.

Barely looked at the patient. Did not do a thorough exam. Refused even bloodwork or xrays. Was rude when we asked anything. Not impressed at all.

I have visited the ER twice while Dr. Ashley Cole was on duty. The first time in 2017. I all most did not go because I was no longer in pain, but went anyway. She listened to my concerns when in the past, others had blamed anxiety. She quickly ran tests and found I needed an emergency appendectomy that saved my life. A few years later I had bad chest pains that I couldn't shake and went back. She ran all the tests to make sure there was not a sneaky cardiac event happening. Everything was okay, but I liked that she took the time to make sure.

Dr. Ashley Cole is knowledgeable but highly unprofessional. Dr. Cole is snarky, rude and lacks any kind of bed manners!! I would not recommend her services to any one!
