Dr. Ashley Lentz, MD

Dr. Lentz is a wonderful and skilled board certified plastic surgeon. She lets you decide what you think is best and will offer her input and expertise if requested. When it comes to the kind of procedure I had, breast augmentation, it's important to make your own personal decision about sizing, shape, etc. She addressed my concerns as well and made me feel very comfortable about continuing with the procedure. It was something I had wanted done since I was a teen. Due to a medical condition, I needed a doctor who understood my condition and would be able to perform it so that it was as sterile and least traumatic for my body.And that is what she did. I had no issues healing, the scarring is minimal, the recovery was quick. The outcome was exactly what I had envisioned. She is a straight to business, professional, and respectful plastic surgeon. I am so happy with my results.

Dr. Lentz will blame her errors on your body. I was told I could carry the size implants I desired & carry them well. Turns out, I started showing signs of bottoming out on one side only shortly after surgery. I was also displaced laterally on both sides. I attribute both these issues to 1) too big of an implant chosen 2) over dissection of one pocket during surgery 3) my own weak tissue. I can own up to my weak tissue, but Dr. Lentz should have recommended a smaller implant (weight & width wise) that would properly fit my body. I also believe the over dissection of my pocket on one side is the main cause of the bottoming out, due to the error being discovered so early (weeks). After I made my disappointment clear during all of my follow up visits, Dr. Lentz continued to place blame on my natural breasts, citing they were uneven to begin with. I could never get her to admit to bottoming out being the problem and due to her continuing to gaslight me, I went elsewhere for a revision.

Staff was friendly, comforting and knowledgeable. Very polite and accommodating people.

I was referred to Dr Lentz by my Dermatologist. I used the website contact portal and was contacted on the same day. All staff are professional, courteous and friendly. My surgery is scheduled.

Dr Lentz did a wonderful job taking off a cancerous place on my lip. You can't even tell where she repaired and stitched the place on my lip.

She took her time with me and answered all of my questions and concerns.

The staff and Dr. Lentz have been fabulous since day one of my reconstructive consultation. I will definitely miss seeing these ladies.

Dr. Lentz was so caring and understanding about my condition. She informed me of everything that was going to happen in advance. I loved the fact that the medication was provided before I had surgery. There was not gap time with the medicine. I am extremely happy with the results... I had a double masticatory and reconstruction and then I had an explant; by a different doctor. I was left with a disaster, I had 7 surgeries all failure. Dr. Lentz did the reconstruction for me and I am so glad I had her do my surgery. I would strongly recommend Dr. Lentz. I am finally happy with the results. Thank you Dr. Lentz for restoring my self image, self esteem and my confidence.

She made me feel so comfortable, and she listened to what I wanted. Are nurses were really sweet to... I scheduled my surgery and I'm looking forward to working with this team I really believe they're going to shape me the way I want!

5 stars she did 2 rounds of tissue expanders and my daughter's paige scalp to remove a large nevus covering 70% of my daughters head i have to say she is one of the best in this area im pretty much pleased with the outcome.

We were taken advantage of. I wanted to see if fixing my wife's cleft lip would be covered by her insurance. Told her staff we have a high dead ins plan. Sent pics of her lip. We were told she had to come to the office to see if it was covered. Lentz then says her previous doctor did a good job and there is nothing she can do. Then we get a bill for $257!! Complete and utter waste of time and rip off.
