Great doctor!
Dr. Muckala is a great listener and has a willingness to help her patients any way possible. If whatever is going on with her patients is outside the realm of her expertise she is on top in finding the doctor for you. She has helped me with my issues immediately or within a normal timeframe of a physician’s day. She has a caring heart for her patients and their whole well being. She is friendly and easy to talk to about anything. She is very knowledgeable about the human body and can give an explanation on a level that helps her patients understand why and what they are experiencing. I’ve had many doctors in my lifetime and I’ve found her to be the best ever.

I started having an unknown reaction during my visit and didn’t have my meds with me. She calmly went and found the meds they use in the office to counter act an allergic reaction and had me take them. They helped and the rash and swelling started to subside.

First Visit
I felt very comfortable as soo as I walked up to check in! Dr. Muckala and staff are friendly, professional and curtious. Dr Muckala was easy to talk with. This was a visit to get established. I did have a question which I emailed the next day and was answered right back

My blood pressure was a little high . I finally got sone meds to help control it. I’m not sleeping at night and therapy is really needed . I’ve got referrals which is great . My depression is a 10 right now. I call her Dr Ashley

Zero Personality
The first few times I saw her, she was great however it just progressively got worse and she seemed to care less and brush me off more. She left her practice for another position but ended up coming back so after a lot of thought, I decided to give her another chance. Huge mistake. I had the most awkward appointment of my life. It seemed like she was disappointed that I came back to her. Well, worry no more because I took the hint and I will never bother her again.

Excellent caring dr.
I saw Dr Muckala on Mon, the 8th of Aug. Was very pleased with her attentiveness. I have a lot of health issues and she listened and asked questions, and showed concern for my feelings. It stressful having chronic health problems and it may take some time for us to get to know each other. I also waited for a while, but they called with an earlier appointment. I hope we have a long client/physician relationship. That is very important to me. Her staff was great so far and even helped me get checked in faster. Liked the Dr a lot, so far, hope she stays. Thanks so much!
