Wonderful doctor
Dr. Pullen was very kind and explained thoroughly what the results of my annual physical bloodwork really meant (some results had been slightly out-of-range, and I was concerned). She was friendly and funny and verified that I understood her explanations and that all was well, and she mentioned what could have caused the numbers to be slightly out-of-range. She is extremely intelligent, sensitive, and caring. I highly recommend her.

Apathy and Misdiagnosis
I came in on a Wednesday due to having stomach pains, diarrhea, and vomiting since Sunday. I saw the nurse practitioner (np) because Pullen was not available. The np diagnosis was a stomach virus. By Friday I had loss 7 pounds, my stomach pains had become severe, and I could hardly walk due to weakness. Called the office that day, spoke to Pullen, told her that I was worse and explained my symptoms and she said, “Of course! You have a virus!” After speaking to her, my daughter took me to the ER at Baptist. The ER physician informed me that I did not have a virus but pancreatitis at which time I was admitted to the hospital and had gallbladder removal surgery 2 days later on Sunday. This misdiagnosis and the lack of empathy on Pullen’s part has lead me to sever my relationship with her and the office completely.

Good listener
When I've visited the clinic, Dr. Pullen is a good listener, understands the situation, finds something that is light-hearted about it and I leave knowing that its not usually as bad as I had envisioned. She's a very happy person, for which I'm grateful.

Thorough and Personable
Dr Pullman is the best PCP I have ever had. She takes time to allow me to ask questions. I also like the Baptist system and the portal allows me to interact when I need something without coming to the office.

All was great she was very polite. My only issue was she told me that I was supposed to get a package for the heart premium screening that I want to set an appointment to and the clerk up front knew none about it . I'm kind of new to this so I also didn't get info on how to get on my chart so that's not on the DR. but more on the ladies that checked me out.

I absolutely adore Dr. Pullen. I usually only see her when I am getting blood work and think I’m dying. She always keeps me calm and laughs at my jokes. She’s brilliant at what she does and I don’t feel like I have to fact check anything she says. She is not just a great doctor but she’s a good person. I have a lot of respect for her and what she does.

I have been with Dr. Pullen since my move to MS 9 years ago. I'm not a fan of going to the Dr., but Dr. Pullen made me feel very comfortable. She listens well, explains things well, and is very warm. with a great sense of humor. I have recommended her to several friends, and all have spoken of her highly.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Pullen for the last 7 years. She is extremely thorough, patient and listens to your concerns and health issues. I have never had an issue with getting an appt, for my physical and or if I’m having a health problem.. I’m taken to the back in a timely fashion. If they work me in cause I’m sick of course I go in the office expecting to wait a while.. But I’ve never has to wait more than an hour..I would HIGHLY recommend her!!!

I have was a long time patient of Pullen back when she first had a practice off Highland Colony. I am a low maintenance patient who rarely needs care. Over the last two years and especially this year the office staff at Pullen's have been terrible. I have no interest in subsidizing a terrible practice with my after taxes dollars and insurance premiums. There are too many good physicians in Madison to put up with the disrespect and low appreciation of patients that is commonplace at Pullen's now.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I am a new patient. I called at 8:30 to make an appointment. They scheduled me for 9:30a the same day. I arrived to fill out new patient paperwork at 9:10a. They collected my copay up front. At 10:20a, after being there over an hour, I asked how much longer, and was told I was next. Three more people were called back after that. At 10:40am, 1.5 hrs after arriving and over an hour AFTER my appt time, I had to go to the receptionist to ask her to refund me.

She is an excellent physician - very thorough and worked with me to diagnose my condition and prescribe proper treatment She is also an incredibly nice person with a great bedside manner She doesn't have a lot of time to waste there in the clinic as the schedulers keep her busy, but the time she does have is productive and she did not rush through her examinations in my experience

I had my appointment with Dr. Pullen for 3 weeks. I worked a 12 hour shift the night before my appointment, ended up leaving work a bit late, got there as fast as I could, I was 10 minutes late and Dr. Pullen refused to see me.

I had an appointment with dr Pullen Tuesday, January 27, 2016. The initial visit was short. She said the results of the blood work should be in that afternoon and she would call and let me know the results. I went to her office 01/29/16 and received a reprimand from. Dr Pullen obviously doesn't care about her patient's concerns. She said it was fine with her if I went back to dr Headley office. I won't recommend her to anyone I know that needs a real doctor because of unprofessional attitude.
