Dr. Ashley Tunkle, MD

I had severe anxiety and Dr. Tunkle just prescribed medication. I took it upon myself to see a cardiologist and found out that I have Mitral Valve Prolapse. This condition can cause the symptoms I was experiencing. Upon switching to a plant-based diet and making sure I'm getting enough nutrients especially magnesium, my symptoms have resolved.

Excellent physician with great , kind staff.

Dr. Tunkle came very highly recommended, however, I never got the chance to see her. I tried several times to make an appointment, but because I was a patient of another Millennium physician's nurse practitioner (in a totally separate practice)I was told "out of professional courtesy" they would have to contact that practice before they could schedule me. I was promised multiple times I would get a call back to schedule, but it never happened. I finally gave up and made an appointment at a practice that was happy to have my business. It's unfortunate her staff is so unpleasant and difficult to deal with.

The Best of the Best

Dr. Tunkle is an extremely caring doc. She remembers us and knows what's going on in our lives and our health situations. She cares, and takes the time to discuss whatever needs to be explained and/or figured out. My husband and I see her jointly, and she is ok with that. Going to Dr. Tunkle is like visiting your MUCH smarter, very caring big sister, who loves you!

Very nice, personable and patient. She took a lot of time with me on my first visit. I feel like I’ve known her for years. So glad to find her as my primary for many years left the area. All staff were also nice and helpful.

Dr. Ashley Langford Tunkle is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also, she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient!

Many mistakes on medication. This isn’t the practice it once was. Most likely you’ll be given an appointment with a nurse rather than the doctor.

My two now teenage sons and I have been patients for many years. Have seen Dr Tunkle and also Megan and Kearston her NPs. All have been excellent in the care we receive. Their rapport with my boys I love. Making young boys comfortable and having them even laughing at appointments? I appreciate the extra skill it takes to have that kind of interaction with kids. I feel listened to, involved in my care choices, and they have always been on time or just a very few minutes behind with appointments. No one wants to sit in a waiting room for an hour… we’ve all done that in the past and is not fun. Never have with Dr Tunkle’s office. Highly recommend!

Nice doc and office

Always good. Reasonable wait times and great communication.

Not impressed. First time visit with her. Kept waiting half an hour to see her. I was a new patient. She rushed through my health related issues with no comment. Basic examination followed by a blood test. No follow up on result of tests. Tried to get results directly but almost impossible get hold of office. Will try out for another doctor.

She's the first doctor I've found who treats Medicare patients the same way as those who have more insurance. She's the best!

I was a patient for several years. They claim I owe money owed by Medicare and refuse to see me. Even when the know I’m recovering from 4 Brain Surgey an an Intracranial Hemorrhage. I’m forced to seek a new PCP Doctor.

Very organized never have I been called in at appointment time until I started seeing her staff. Very thorough.

Dr Tunkle is what you always wish your doctor would be. First she is very knowledgeable and competent. She takes all the time you need to ask questions and feel comfortable with her. And since I was new to this area, she referred me to many specialists whom I have seen and I feel are also top notch physicians. When a testing facility was holding up my tests since they had not received my previous scans from another facility, she intervened and got things moving.
