Medical Notes from MRI
When you call, you get a recording. I needed notes for an MRI. I was given an email to get medical records. I got nothing. Don't go there. There is a better radiology on Orient Way in Rutherford, NJ

Great Physician
The doctor himself is extremely detailed and meticulous with his reports. Maybe the front end isn't great, but if we're reviewing the physician that's what needs to be taken into account. The quality of care given by the doctor is top notch and he's a fantastic radiologist.

Absolutely terrible experience. I dont even know where to start. The radiology center got me information from my doctor knowing that I needed an MRI. Then proceeded to call me and I missed the call, I proceeded to call back and have a 5 minute conversation with the receptionist about my case. Stating that I was called and wanted to see why I was called, and they said they have information that I need an MRI. I then asked them to see if my insurance accepted my doctors request and they said IT WAS ACCEPTED. They then proceed to make me an appointment for the following day. Making me take of off work that day just to drive 30 minutes, and pay the poll associated with the trip. Once I got there the receptionist said that they dont have any of my information in their system. I then showed them my call log indicating that THEY called me yesterday to book this appointment and THEY told me my insurance request was approved. They then tell me that in fact they DO NOT TAKE MY INSURANCE PROVID

I have had my imaging done by Dr. Dikengil's office for two decades if not longer. My doctors like the precision of his reports, which is why I recommend him. The front office staff is inconsistent but my experiences overall have been good. When my insurance dictated all work had to be done in a hospital, I had to go elsewhere for a year, and could not wait to return to Dr. DiKengil. Note that when the review questions refer to the provider, I am answering about my interactions with the technician, as I hardly ever get to see Dr. DeKengil (or need to; results go to the physician who ordered the test.)

I would give his place 0 stars if the option was available. This place is highly unorganized and unprofessional. Not only does it take forever to actually reach someone on the phone, when you do, their staff is absolutely clueless. I had an ultrasound done at this location about a week prior to my appointment with my primary care doctor. They told me that once the results were ready they would be faxed over. The following Tuesday I call and they tell me the results aren’t in yet, fine. Wednesday morning I call and the results are in and they will be faxed. I call my primary care to confirm that they got the results, which to my surprise, they didn’t. I call Lyndhurst around 8:30pm to speak to someone and they told me my results would be faxed ASAP. Mind you, my appointment is the following day at 8am. So now, here i am sitting in the examining room waiting for Lyndhurst Radiology to fax over my results. Unbelievable.

Dr.Dikengil should receive "-200" rating for his irresponsible work. AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COST. I had my x-ray done at his office in Lyndhurst, nj. I had a fractured leg. They did not give me the x-ray results even after a week. How pathetic are these people. I had to under go x-ray again at another center. Dr.Dikengil took my money and did not give the report in time. How dare they do this to the customers. I request health bureau to revoke his PRACTISING rights.

Terrible waiting time for MRI report. All other places I have been to usually take 2 days for report. I'm now going on 5 days and no report yet. This is due the fact that I had to go there a second time because they didn't follow the script and perfomed only one MRI section instead of two.

You never see him, it's only his very rude, nasty staff you ever see. Especially at the front window. Except Lillian & Ann. They make you wait, then when you finally go in, the mammogram tech is horrible, rough, hurts the patient, then has the nerve to yell at them. Never again.
