Unprofessional Doctor = Unprofessional Environment
SAVE YOURSELF! Keep looking for a different doctor. Intake "nurse" - (not even sure if she was a nurse) was checking her phone while gathering information from me. I had to ask her to put it down to focus on me, the patient. Discussed a number of options with Dr. Roy based on potential outcomes of sleep study. Study was completed with a massive charge I was not anticipating and whoever followed up with me asked what I wanted to do now. Last time I checked, YOU are the Doctor, not me. You should make the recommendations based on the science behind the study, Doc, that's why I went to a sleep specialist.

Fantastic!! Very knowledgeable about health insurance requirements and helps maximize the quality and value of your care - saving you many headaches and $!! Independent so not beholden to a health network (Ohio Health or OSU) so he does what's best for YOU!! Saves you thousands of $ on sleep tests, petitions insurance company decisions as necessary, and gets you the best and most appropriate sleep equipment/treatment plan for you!

I love Dr. Roy. He has always been prompt and courteous to me. He know what he is doing. I've been seeing him for many years.

Be prepared for a long wait. ZERO regard for working professionals time. 1:15 minute wait for a 4 minute and 42 second appointment that could have been done on the phone. Seems to know what he is talking about, make sure you have good insurance to cover the bogus appointments.
