Missing and Incorrect Info
A UTI was totally missed while reading my bloodwork and another doctor (cardiologist) who I shared the results with saw it and called. When notified a prescription was called in that couldn't be filled because it conflicted with other prescriptions ordered by this same office.

Dr. Patnaik literally saved my life by sending me for a chest xray because he didn’t like the sound of my lungs. This was followed up by a CT scan which found some nodules in my lung. A PET indicated aggressive cancer, but the tumor was so small that it was early stage, had Dr. Patnaik not sent me for the xray, the cancer would not have been discovered until a late stage. Now, three and a half years later, my oncologist told me I am CURED. Thank you Dr. Patnaik.
