Dr. Aster Mahmood, MD

First time I met Dr. Mahmood, she was immediately annoyed and rude with any of my medical concerns. She later had the audacity to call me a hypochondriac because I was asking for referrals to dermatologist and OBGYN for some medical reasons I had. She asked me why I come to doctors if I don’t have any real problems, I was offended as she never had a smile or nice greeting. She seems to hate her job. My problem with her is adding that I’m a hypochondriac to my medical only because I told her I work 2Jobs and pay for my double insurance coverage, so I should see a doctor (dermatology and obgyn). Thankfully, a far more professional doctor was able to help me after my biopsy presented an abnormality (Fibroid the had burst) if I had not see another doctor, I probably would had a worst condition thanks to DR Mahmood horrible attitude and terrible bedside manner. I’m not sure why Kaiser Permanente continues to hire Doctors with such horrible bedside manner even after numerous complains.
