I brought my 18 year old daughter to Dr. Ertan for her chronic abdominal pain. He assured us that she would outgrow the pain by the time she was 26 and would get better once she got pregnant. He did no testing. Put her on the FODMAP diet which caused her to lose 11 pounds, which she couldn't afford to lose. Fast forward to today, a year later. She had nutcracker syndrome, Ehlers Danlos hypermobility, and median arcuate ligament syndrome. A waste of time filled with pain.

He never listens patinets. Only thinks about how he can make more money from a patient. Told me that I should have an surgery right away or I will have a cancer in few years. Did another endoscopy years later, he told me that I have a very little chance to have a cancer within 20 years.

Didn't hear to my opinion. He was rude and didn't take time to study mi case. After the colonoscopy he had someone else's file in my results and told me I had a bad Polyp in my intestine. No control over personal file and I formation!!! Nurses are not qualified to work at that facility. Shame for the Hospital.
