Neglectful Outside of Office Visits
I've been established with this doctor for almost 5 months with 5 visits so far and I have to say this is the most inconvient practice I've ever experienced. In our visits, Dr.Iqbal is kind and informative. Outside of the office visits, if you need insulin or anything else from Dr.Iqbal it is like pulling teeth to get anything handled. I became more ill at one point due to lack of insulin because Dr.Iqbal was on vacation. It caused alot of back and forth with a different doctor, myself and the pharmacy for a few days w/o insulin. When I am unwell I cannot work and for 3 days I missed work. After providing Dr. Iqbal with forms (in-person) to sign and fax over to my employer she dragged her feet, and wouldn't respond to my emails and messages. I had to take off work for an additional appointment just to get my document faxed from her office. The dissapointing part is she left me in a waiting room for 34 min passed my scheduled time and I still was unable to see her. I am very unsatisfied
