MY MOTHER WAS NOT SEEN BY HER PRESENT OPHTALMOLOGIST FOR CATARACT EYE SURGERY DUE TO HER MEDICAID INSURANCE, MANY SPECIALST IN THE AREA ALSO REFUSED HER MEDICAID INSURANCE. DR. AGARWALA DID NOT DISCRIMINATE BASED ON INSURANCE, HE SPEND QUALITY TIME WITH MY MOTHER, AND HAD HER CATARACTS CORRECTED. I AND MY FAMILY RESPECT THIS DOCTOR SO MUCH.THANK YOU A GRATEFUL FAMILY !!

Stay Away!!!! Worst office personnel. I had informed the doctor that I was having an Endoscopic Procedure today. He insisted that I have an Echo at 5:30 tonight. I told him repeatedly that I wasn't trying to rush.. But he pushed. After my Endo I had to rush out of the recooperating room to get ready for the Echo. I called his nurse at this office who was ratchet and trash with her attitude. Stay Away! They treat patients like trash.

I schedule my appt with him because he takes my insurance. I went to the appointment before the time to fill out paperwork and information. I waited there for one hour and a half before I decided to leave. The Dr. never showed up. Even the staff mentioned that this is a common ocurrance. So he was not on surgery, not an emergency, no nothing. My time is as important as his. And I am a Dr, MD too. So his behavior is completely unprofessional.
