Dr. Mehta is a lifesaver, literally!
I’m alive today, 20 years after seeing Dr. Mehta, because of his excellent diagnostic skills and care.He correctly tested for, and diagnosed my primary Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) as secondary, due to untreated severe sleep apnea. (It’s a huge distinction, Primary vs. Secondary Pulmonary Hypertension.) After fitting, and nightly use of, a CPAP (to treat the sleep apnea), my pulmonary and heart issues went away. I’m alive today, 20 years later, because of him.Before seeing Dr. Mehta, I was diagnosed by two local cardiologists with heart failure due to Primary Pulmonary Hypertension. Locally, I was prescribed maintenance drugs and given a life expectancy of 2-7 years. Very quickly, Dr. Mehta ordered correct testing that proved I had secondary PH, a treatable condition.I highly recommend Dr. Atul Mehta. He is an excellent diagnostician and a caring health provider.

Compassion, Ability, Knowledge, Clarity, Udersta
Ability to project confidence in his ability to diagnose and present a plan to successfully treat any condition discovered in diagnosis. Compassion and reaching out in a human manner. It was a pleasure to find a compassionate person who projected confidence in you and your ability to follow a program to healing. He is a knowledgeable and caring man, he knows how to reach out to you, in a positive manner. Thank you, Dr. Mehta!!!

Dr. Mehta demonstrated a great desire to help me. He is polite and respectful and at the same time warm and compassionate. Dr. Mehta gave me his business card and encouraged me to call or message him with additional concerns. He is a great advocate for my respiratory health.
