He always explains really well as to what is going on with my child and lets me know of any concerns I need to have. He will even draw out examples so you can better understand! Definitely love this doctor for my son!

During our visit I was having difficulty setting up the mychart app on my phone. Mary at reception went out of her to get it set up for me, including setting up a username and pw so that I could appropriately get into mychart. Her help with extremely helpful. All of Dr Poudel's staff were amazing. They always are. Dr. Poudel is always very thorough and knowledgeable.

The receptionist(s) and nurses/assistants are always so sweet and nice to my child and I. His doctor is also nice. Also reassuring and seeming to genuinely care about my child and his care.
