Very bad experience!
Dr. Clos not only didn't help to solve my skin problem, but, moreover, a treatment she prescribed extremely worsened my condition. Therefore, I would never ever recommend that "doctor" to anybody. Folks, stay away from her, and the farther the better!

I had 2 scratches on my lower left leg that would not heal. The Immed. Care gave me medicine and said to come back in 10 days. I called I.U. Dermatology and told them the problem. Dr. Clos saw me the next morning. She looked at my leg for a few minutes without talking. She stood up and told me to get in my car and drive 3 blocks to I.U. Hosp, that they would be waiting. She saved my life. I had sepsis and kidney failure. They cured my infection, but said one more day would have been too late.

After my first visit to have some blemishes removed I was told it would take a couple of weeks for healing. After three weeks some of the blemishes were still present so I called to schedule a 'redo' of the service. I was charged another copay for this service. Because the procedure didn't work the first time I felt this was unfair, however, I was informed they have a 10 day window for this service. If I had called before the 2 weeks I was told it would take to heal it would have been too soon.

The staff were very helpful and, courteous on the phone and during my initial visit.Though I had specific time constraints and needed fairly immediate attention they were able to accommodate my needs. Katrina ,Tara, and Lisa were three that I recall. Additionally Dr.Clos's nurse,Raquel was wonderful during my visit. I give the highest praise to Dr Audra Clos. I found her to be warm ,energetic ,caring, efficient and knowledgeable. All that you expect from your physician.I highly recommend her.

What a surprise this DR was to me. I took a chance and made an appointment with her because another DR in her practice was recommended and she wasn't taking new patients. So I had no information about Dr. Clos other than what I was able to find online. She is extremely detailed in her assessment and she's incredibly thorough. Best of all, she's an excellent listener. I won't go into details but she ended up identifying me as having an auto-immmune disorder and that was not why I was seeing her.
