Love Dr Audra Norris and her staff they are always kind, helpful.

I have seen Dr. Audra Norris-Jacob since 2010 when she was an intern & resident at OHSU. I live in the West Hills of Portland and have followed her all the way to her current clinic nearly in Troutdale, as have many of her patients have. Audra’s care goes the extra mile & then some. In 2011/2012 when I had not followed up to any communication on test result issue, Dr. Norris-Jacob had a certified letter delivered into my hands at my home. That got my attention and I made the appointment :). Then in 2013 I had a high risk twin pregnancy, meaning I had to see an perinatologist in the the OHSU perinatology clinic. On one occasion while I was in Mother & Baby wing being monitored Dr. Norris-Jacob saw my name on the department patient list while finishing up a long shift. She dropped into my room to say hi and just visit, making sure I felt ok and taken care of.With Dr. Noriss-Jacob I know every appointment I am seen, heard, treated with empathy & am in more than capable hands.

This doctor is not okay. I heard her talking about her colleagues and threw a fit in the middle of a waiting area because something didn’t go her way. I asked my nurse “who is this doctor” and was told she’s the medical director. I couldn’t believe it. Her language was appalling. Bad words every other sentence. Then I met her and the whole visit felt rushed. She would constantly cut me off and wasn’t listening to me. Whatever she was going through was more important than making sure my baby and I were okay. I’m now beginning to understand legacy fBC is failing when they have a director that’s in their feelings and can’t lead or care for patients. It’s sad to watch.

She is awesome. She was my OB doctor for my 3rd baby and she was the best. She sits down with you and explains everything you have concerns about or takes time to answer any questions. She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. I felt very comfortable and confident to have her deliver my baby. I would recommend her to anyone who would like to have qaulity OB care.

I was very impressed with the facility Dr. Norris works in, horwever was quite disappointed with the treatment I received. I was seeing her up until about 18 weeks of pregnancy. When I was informed I had hep C, I decided to go see my primary and get retested and sure enough I was completely clean, no hep c in sight. And instead of an apology I got a $300 bill from Dr. Norris for the false tests and a "get a new doctor" or "get over it" speech. It's quite sad, I would not recommend her.

Awesome. Very professional but great at making anyone feel comfortable. At first I was unsure if I wanted her to deliver my baby, but after the second visit I was so on bored. Love her energy and attitude. She is very qualified and is capable of handling emergency situations. Her MA is awesome too.

Dr. Norris-Jacob is the best OB I have been to. Before I went to her, I had gone to so many OB's who would tell me my fertility issue was not a problem and not to worry because I am "young". Needless to say, Dr. Norris got all the tests she needed, and got me started on our journey to conceiving. She is a great person and very compassionate and does what you want, but always gives her best advice (which we always follow). We haven't conceived yet, but I have high hopes and I know we can do this!

Friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, trustworthy... a fantastic doctor all around!
