Several prolonged wait times up to an hour.
I booked my child to see Dr Rostov 2x in the earliest morning appt (8:00). Twice we waited about an hour to see her. Once I saw Dr Rostov stroll into the office from parking area 35 min after our appt start time… I have trouble trusting my child’s health to a doctor who has so little respect for our time and efforts in partnering with her .

Dr. Rostov took time to explain the SMILE procedure in detail and made sure to me comfortable throughout. She and her team worked so seamlessly and efficiently that I felt like I was in hands of experts the whole time. Dr. Rostov is highly talented, caring and at the top of her professional game.

excellent vision recovery after a lifetime of one eye wildly off from the other with astigmatism and farsightedness. add in cataracts, happily by the time i went in for possible lasik surgery a new type of lens to correct multifocal vision plus astigmatism is now available just since jan 2018 -corrected both eyes to 20-20 so what the heck is better than that?! 1st surgery i did have to wait nearly 5 hours due to earlier surgery patients that had complications. 2nd surgery wait 1.5 hrs.Excellent!

No likelihood! . She is a fine surgeon but the aftercare for major procedures is lacking. After a difficult cornea transplant I spent 3 months seeing her optometric staff. Although their notes were entered into my chart they were unread until I saw her. There was no contact by email or unperson to discuss problems. . I was told to call if I suspected any type of problem. I called the the last day before a trip, I was told not to come in Going elsewhere I learned a serious problem

Amazingly knowledgeable as much as caring. Always with a big smile and willing to explain the procedures and alternatives. I had a cornea transplanted by her in 2011 and everything went perfect. I have referred a friend with my same problem and he is very pleased as well.

Horrible, horrible experience. After surgery did not go well, she treated me with disdain and rudeness on several occasions. The most uncaring, uncompassionate, haughty and arrogant doctor I have ever had the displeasure of knowing.

Dr Rostov ALWAYS kept me waiting at least an hour, even for an emergency appointment. She was moody, being rude some times and friendly other times. I had to see her every 3-4 weeks for nearly a year, and she gave me very little information, even when I tried to pin her down. And she was always late, sometimes 2 hours late.
