Dr is dismissive to female patient pain and health concerns. Assumes that he knows your pain better than you the patient and thinks that he knows your daily activities. Classifies you as having a negative attitude and becomes aggravated with you when you ask questions.

Dr. Hsia really does not have a good handle on pain, such as my own... this is supposed to be his specialty. He bends to politics put upon him by Cleveland Clinic. He gave me incorrect information on insurance which cost me $500 out of pocket. I trusted him, now I don't.

Although Dr. Hsia was a very nice person, I felt very frustrated throughout most of my visit. A number of my questions went unanswered; symptoms all reference material said should be of concern he dismissed; I believed he presumed to know the idiosyncrasies of my body more than I did even though I live in it; he discounted a very serious birth defect I KNOW plays a huge impact on my pain level, telling me it doesn't when a major study confirms my experience. I wish I'd had another doctor.

I went to Dr Hsia after having pain in my buttocks, hips and legs for months. Dr Hsia knew immediately what was causing the issue whereas my primary care Dr had not a clue. I had Piriformis Muscle issues casing major pain all down my legs especially at night, only getting two to three hours of sleep at night. Dr Hsia immediately referred me to PM with recommendations to receive a Piriformis Injection. I had the injection within minutes and the pain was gone! I cannot thank Dr Hsia enough!
