I am changing providers as I can't seem to schedule an appointment. This clinic is like herding cattle. Get them in, and get them out. Unfortunately, the herding process is selective and slow.

Dr Cifuentes always listens to my concerns, adresses the issues immediately, and provides a course of action. I trust him and know that he has my best interest when prescribing a prescription or referral.

At the risk of having to compete with other patients, I have extreme trust in Dr. C's Sr and Jr. My wife's mom actually was a patient in Sr in Mexico and immediately wanted him as our family doctor when that was available. Many years later and we're still with them.

Dr Cifuentes Sr has the worst bed side manner I've ever seen. Not to mention how unprofessional the M.A.'s were. My 87 year old father was poorly served after a follow-up visit after being released from the hospital. I'm transferring my father to a new Dr's office.

I was a new patient. His office is of poor quality. He didn't even introduce himself. All I needed was to get a referral to a specialist and I gave him all the information on the specialist. He said his office staff would call me when I could see the specialist and they didn't. I called his office to check on it, they transferred me to a different department. I left a message and they never called me back. I'm getting a different primary care physician.
