Exceptional Urologist
From the receptionist when I arrived, I felt like an important patient at UCA. The nurses and associates all treated me with the utmost respect. I have known Dr Lutz since he was a youth in Vestavia Hills and I now respect him as a very professional physician - not just a fine student athlete. Dr Lutz explained all aspects of my current medical condition to me with patience and compassion.

I had an appt. on July 11 but could not make it due to a medical problem with my wife. I called that morning and went thru the automated attendant to scheduling, I sat on hold for about 20 minutes, no answer. I called for 4 days and spent about 5 hours on hold. I finally went to operator and to the PA, she didn't call me back. On Tuesday of the following week I had an appt. at a different clinic and stopped at UCA and went in to make a new appt. I discussed this Dr Lutz on my make up appt on Aug. 15
