Nerve Blocks & Spinal Stimulator
Dr Autry Parker should be rated 10 Stars, five more past the maximum. I am a Veteran. I saw Dr Parker for Pain Management (back) Treatment @ the Memphis VA. I am 75 years old. I hadseveral nerve blocks administered by another Clinic in Memphis near Baptist East. The two I had were so painful, I swore I’d never get another. Subsequently afterwards I had my first back surgery. During my first consultation with Dr Parker years later(2022) he told me progressive treatment would require nerve blocks. He informed me that they shouldn’t be too painful. Like he said, they weren’t & he gave me two. They didn’t help my chronic back & leg pain. He later being held up by the Pandemic, performed (not sedated) my surgery for a try-out Spinal Nerve Stimulator. Later he performed surgery for a permanent one. In my case, 90% + relief pain. Both procedures performed w/o any communications & I am 200% satisfied with his Medical Practice. Wish everyone knew of him for this particular type of intervention

Wish I could have met with him years earlier.
I’ve gone through mri physical therapy tons of meds. It wasn’t until I was sent to the pain clinic where Dr parker. Explained in detail my ongoing problems with X-ray films up to explain why, and what the plan would entail, A series until I get some relief. I suffer from Severe back pain and unable to use my right leg 100% Pain all day every night. I had 2 pain blocks right side so far, some relief. Recently, the left side. We sang thur the procedure which took my mind away from the pain and pressure unavoidable. It’s wait and see now. I look forward to a great report in a month when I’m scheduled to return. Thank you so much Dr Parker. I know we will figure this out and return to the quality of life that I’m seeking.

Dr. Parker has treated my lower back since 2013. I have the highest regards for Dr. Parker. He has provided excellent care and explained my treatment options thoroughly. I trust this man totally. I am pain free today - something I thought was impossible before. After 2 back surgeries, I thought I was out of options. Truth was, I jusy needed to see the right doctor. Dr Parker has a great bedside manner. He makes me feel at ease. I highly recommend this doctor!

Been with Dr. Parker for about a year now and I love his personality and willingness to listen. He doesn't pretend, he's just straight forward on how the situation is and the direction he plans to take. This guy is professional and does what he can to help your situation. If he can't help, he will refer you to someone that can. You can really trust him.

I went to this doctor as a referral to get better treatment options for my chronic pain in my upper back due to broken vertebra. It took over 1 hour to even see the doctor then I was talking to him no less than 5 minutes. All he kept saying was I don't treat chronic pain when it says everywhere on the Internet and his office that he does! I have no history of anything bad he just refused to accept me as a patient!! Why???
