I received more specific and relevant information about my condition than I ever have from anyone else. This was extremely helpful.

It’s been months since I’ve seen this doctor and I’m STILL upset! Before my appointment he had his residents come in and ask me a bunch of health questions so I thought they were trying to get some of my concerns and find solutions but no, the total opposite happened. He had like 5+ of his providers come in and berate me saying that my A1C was too high it went for a 10 to an 8 in a little under 2 months which I think is a great start. He didn’t even give advice on how I could fix it. They also respond to my medication requests weeks later after I already had to just go to another provider because by the time they messaged me I would have already run out of the medication. They keep insisting that I come back to schedule an appointment which I would NEVER do because he’s literally a waste of time and so rude bringing all those people into my appointment just to berate and antagonize me. I will NEVER recommend him to anyone!!!

Dr. Pothuloori continues to look for answers. He genuinely cares. I have been seeing him since 2017 would not change medical care. Found negative reviews hard to believe because he has always been kind interested in my condition, concerns and personal life which might effect my condition. He has always listened to me and is readily available whenever I contacted the office. The office namesakes occasionally are in the hallways during my visits as I recognize them through pictures and they are very personable professionals. Other medical and office staff are friendly and professional as well, I have ever come in contact with. Shout-out to Hellman & Rosen Associate for excellent hiring choices.

Shout out to Dr. Pothuloori! He is very thoughtful, excellent bedside manner, explains and answers questions thoroughly. He even performed and explained my Ultrasound. He sends explanatory letters with results and recommendations. He is up to date on studies that are happening. I can not say enough good things. If you or someone you know has a frustrating autoimmune disease like Hashimoto’s I highly recommend Dr. Pothuloori. Truly excellent! Also the staff and support people in the office are kind and eager to be helpful as well; great customer service! — ?feeling delighted at Hellman & Rosen Endocrine Assoc.

Dr. Pothuloori himself seemed to be well educated in his field. However, he was arrogant during the appointment, did not seem to actually want to know anything about me and my numbers. He seemed focused on intimidating me with his 'fresh-out-of-residency' education and brilliance into getting some over-priced and unnecessary labs that were a part of the office's money-mongering protocols. He might be a good doctor, but the practice he is working for is awful. If he doesn't want to spend his early professional development as a specialist getting twisted by some patriarchal old white men, he should leave. The rest of the staff were unprofessional, rude, and one was a straight up COVID-19 denier. The PA was nice but not sure on her competence, given that she got some important info on me glaringly wrong in my chart and seemed quite timid. The whole practice seems about 20 years behind in their approach to patients, patient rights, consumer rights, and patient-centered care.

Dr. Pothuloori is the absolute best! He always finds ways to explain things in a way that is easy to understand. He focuses on why things are happening and takes the time to look at the whole picture and not just endocrinology. He always takes his time explaining everything and I never feel like he is trying to rush me out of his office. I am so glad I found them!
