I saw Dr. Mian while I was hospitalized in the psychiatric unit. I found her bedside manner abrupt, she saw me twice during a 50-hour stay, but the first time she spent about five minutes, didn't acknowledge or believe what I was saying regarding an autoimmune condition, and confused me regarding the release procedures. Then I spent about 24 hours talking to DHS in an attempt to be released because both the ER admitting doc and Dr. Main didn't believe me when I said I had an autoimmune condition that I take OTC drugs for.

Dr Mian was amazing in taking care of me when i needed her the most. She took me out of the darkest times of my life and my life has changed since I started seeing her eight years ago. She is my one person i can always count on. I highly recommend her.

Arrogant and impersonal. I was in a rehab for 8 months where she was the Doctor, and was never seen by her, even though I had requested.

I called to set up an appointment to see Dr Mian as a new patient. When she returned my message 45 minutes later, she immediately said she didn't take any insurance and almost was trying to warn me off. After we finally talked a bit, she told me to call her back to set up an appointment. I called 1 hour later and the next day, and referenced our chat both times. It's been 3 days and no call back. Moving on to someone who'll actually return my calls...
