So wrong!!
Dr. diagnosed my teenage son, who was going off to college, as depressed - in front of him asked if we had guns in home as she was concerned he might do something. My son was nervous about going off and she puts suicide on the table in front of him! This should have been discussed with me alone! She said he should certainly not go off to school - staying home was best. If he didn’t make this change, I’d hate to think what would have happened! Appointment was so wrong on so many levels - I was in shock but later so upset how it was handled.

Arrogant, Rude and Condescending
Dr. O has been my daughter's primary care physician since she was 8. My daughter is now 16 and was referred back to Dr. O due to a weight decline and higher than normal blood pressure. Dr. O, in front of my daughter, debated on whether the visit was a physical or a consultation, the cost vs free, and how to use the online portal and the Klara app. I explained multiple times I don't care if it is preventive or free, I'm just here about my daughter's care. After explaining I have portal access and Klara (have had both for a long time), she continued to ask me questions about my portal and Klara use and how to review things in the portal. I kept interrupting her and finally she brought in an assistant who explained that the visit was a consultation and not a physical That wasn't even a question I posed. The front office will charge you even if you have insurance. I have had to pay close to $200 each time and it takes months to get a full refund back. Beware!

Since I started puberty I've had agonizing periods with heavy flows that consistently lasted eight days. I fought for years to get birth control, sometimes even against the staff at her office who told me to "just use a condom". After finally getting birth control, she took away my prescription after two years saying that it would cause brain clots. My new doctor has no idea where that logic came from and neither do I. She and her office prevented me from getting treatment for years causing dysphoria and major chronic suffering. I would never recommend her to anyone.

My son was experiencing signs of depression which manifested in a variety of symptoms. Dr. O took a holistic approach to determine WHY he was experiencing these symptoms before considering HOW to treat. She ran blood work and ordered a variety of tests that began to narrow down the culprit. We learned that depression is complex and can be a snowball of issues for a young person. She was thoughtful, thorough, and engaged. She spent an abundance of time with him to solve the problem (which could explain long wait times described by others). We discovered that the catalyst of his symptoms was mold. We were able to address the root cause and aggressively treat the condition. Less than a month later, he was a new person. If your child is experiencing health challenges and you are willing to invest the time to figure it out, I highly recommend Dr. O. She is about results, not patient throughput.

Our child was very sick and getting worse with tick borne illnesses. Dr O completely changed her protocols taking her off long-term antibiotics and rebooting her immune system with supplements. Her ability to simultaneously interpret genomic, blood, and environmental factors is unmatched. She helped save my daughter's life. We are very grateful.

Doctor is completely disorganized and rude. She is smart when it comes to diagnosis with Lyme but not worth the trouble when it comes to wait times and inexperienced staff memebers

Yes wait time is long but I love her integrative approach. She doesn't throw drugs at every ailment. She works to prevent and treat through diet first. So refreshing!

Incredibly LONG wait times. We've been patients for over 3 years and we've literally never waited less than 1 hr. to be seen. This has raised my children's anxiety level extraordinarily high and has made them dread the doctor. At times, we've waited up to 2 hours to be seen even with scheduled appointment. Doctor is very scattered in thought, unfamiliar with chart, and records are often missing. Rarely treats anything. refers out for everything. Go elsewhere please for your kids sake

Dr. O is a fabulous Dr. You will have a long wait (you typically see her 1 hour after your scheduled appointment time), but you will leave knowing what is going on with your child. The wait is long because she spends the time she needs to figure out what the problem is and to ensure the parents understand. I would trust her an hour late, any day of the week, with all 4 of my children. And, they have on-call physicians after hours.

The wait time is always terrible. The office seems over scheduled and we are almost always rushed through appointments. The best way to describe Dr. O herself is very scatter brained, and always moving at a much too fast pace. We've had her come in the room on different visits going over patient info before realizing she was in the wrong room, at one visit this actually happened twice! It's obvious she does not take the time to recognize her patients - so how can she care about them then?
