I waited in the patient room for an hour and half past my appointment time. They don't validate parking so I had to pay for the extra time that I was there. When he finally did arrive I felt that I was being rushed. I have had 2 other surgeons recommend the same thing which is another procedure to be done but Dr Salem suggested pain management... unfortunately my insurance will only allow me to see him but I will not be going back to see this Dr again. I was not comfortable with him and his demeanor was far from warm and polite.

Excellent neurosurgeon, an eminent doctor, I have had 2 surgeries on my spine both with excellent results. Thank you very much Doctor Salen, God bless you. Your excellent staff are very professional with the magnitude of the surgeries and working hours I AM WALKING, thank God my spine is going to be always in your hands THANK YOU

Nothing got done. I was seen for a neurological consult. I was supposed to be referred to one of his peers for an EMG. This was never done. I followed up with the doctor's office, who suggested maybe I try finding a doctor myself. I asked for them to mail my MRI back, since the office is a long drive from home. This was never done either.

Few days till surgery. Scared which is odd for me. Horrible pain for years. Love staff and surgeon. Begged many doctors for years to help me. He's 1st one to find a solution!

I personally had an excellent experience. I was an hour or so late and they still saw me.I have needed this expertise in a surgical procedure for several years I feel very honored to have such excellent talent working on my spine. I am finally getting my life back ! Hiking, Skating, Swimming, biking, dirt bike riding and even painless walking, I don't have to watch others and cry because I could not participate in my favorite sports and I can be a fun Granny which is something my grandkids are going to have a big fun surprise from. I had an appointment to see the doctor, when I got there his staff didn't notify me that doctor is not ever in the office. They put me in an office and a lady came in and started taking history,

For my first appointment I waited an hour just to be seen by his Physician's Assistant for 10 minutes and to tell me that they couldn't do anything until I got an MRI. For the 2nd appt. I waited an hour and 15 min. for him to tell me that I needed Pain Management. Also, he did not recommend anyone to go to. I had to go find someone on my own.

Very inconsiderate and did not listen to any of my concerns.
