Poor communication
Communication is very poor. They give tests and never call back with results. They send emails about joining a portal, but the Dr does not use it and the the office says don't join because we don't use it anyway. What specialist does not use a portal in the 21st century? Find another ENT and you'll be happier.

This doctor is a ripoff! I went to him because I had an infection of some sort and I thought an allergy. He put a flashlight up my nostril and said I need to schedule surgery for d viated septum which I think he tells everyone as this is where he can make more money. Then he sent me a bill = $295.00 for exam and also $580.00 for surgery! They are saying because he put a flashlight up my nose he can call that surgery! This doctor is rushed and rude and now I see a ripoff too stay away...

I would just like to say by having Dr. Yaish doing a sinuplasty on my sinuses was the best thing for me. I am 73 yrs old and have always had 2 or 3 sinus infections a year most of my life. I had this procedure done in 2013 and haven't had any infections or taken antibiotics since. The procedure isn't the easiest to do, but after it is all healed the results are well worth it. I recommend going thru it if you have sinus issues all the time.
