Dr. Aymen Kenawy, MD

When I first started going to see Dr Kenawy. I really liked him and would have recommended him to anyone as time went on. Things changed his priorities changed office grew Things expanded. Never saw him seen someone different everytime. Billing always wrong staff argue about what you had to pay. Visit became so frequent. Care went down hill and no improvement with my symptoms

Dr. Kenawy is a great doctor. However, if you need to make an appointment or change an appointment it most likely will not happen. I called 6 times in a 2 week period of time, leaving a message each time, to change an appointment and never got a call back. Finally I drove there (40 mile round trip), waited in line, and when it was my turn and they found out that I wanted to change an appointment, they asked me to stand aside and let them check in the people behind me first. How rude!

Breaking in to Fort Knox would be easier than getting an appointment or for office staff to return phone calls. I began trying to schedule an appointment in November for when we returned for the winter. Still have no appointment scheduled and am due for an infusion next week. Frustrating does not even begin to describe my experience. I hope patient care is substantially better than the care I have received from the office staff.

My first time seeing Dr. Kenwy I was very impresses he is very thorough and listens to what you have to say .I spent 45 min with him. I would highly recommend Dr. Kenawy .The staff are very friendly and compassionate .The office is very clean .

I have no problems with Dr. Kenawy he is very professional and strives to find a solution to health issues. The nursing staff are amazing and professional as well as the other techs who work in the practice. The scheduling/check in staff need a overhaul. They can be rude and bossy with patients. There seems to be a turn over of employees in this position.. The billing manager is never available and my bills have been incorrect on many occasions and my calls are not returned. I often wonder if they ever received my messages.

Always friendly, informative and helpful. Very pleasant and inviting atmosphere. They listen to my concerns even when I get long winded and have a thousand questions. I don’t have insurance but they always work with me.

I found the staff very helpful and pleasant. Things move fast with very little wait time.

Best dr I’ve ever been too!

Dr Kenawy and his staff are absolutely Awesome. He is very professional and was able to diagnose after 2 years of going to other doctors that i had Psoriatic Arthritis in less then 5 minutes. He treated my condition and over 3 years later i am doing great. I highly recommended Dr Kenawy and Emerald Coast Rheumatology.

I truly believe Dr Kenawy is the BEST rheumatologist in this area. After seeing another rheumatologist for over a year, I only stayed with him because rheumatologists in this area are limited. On my first visit Dr Kenawy did all the appropriate testing that should have been done the previous year. He diagnosed me quickly and started a treatment regimen that has helped me. He is the most holistic doctor I’ve ever seen. Cares about you physically and stressors in your life. Stress and RA pain go hand in hand. I work in the medical field and from a patient and medical professional perspective, Dr Kenawy is OUTSTANDING with his medical knowledge and COMPASSION!!! I could not recommend him any more highly.

After having the experience of a specialist at a different location there is no comparison to Dr Kenawy. He is excellent and there are no exceptions. His staff is ready to help you and well informed.
