Horrible experience! She cut me off while I was speaking several times. She raised her voice to talk over me. She dismissed me. She made me feel like I wasn’t being heard and she didn’t care about my level 10 pain! She called in another nurse to tag team me! I walked out early and cried all the way home! Kelsey Clinics are great but this doctor is unprofessional, lacks empathy, lacks listening skills! Lacks concern!

Falsifies Medical Records
I saw Dr. Dural on the morning of June 5th. Prior to my appointment I got X-rays done downstairs. The young lady that I met with in Dural's office that took my vitals and took the history of my concern was very nice. That was where the niceties stopped. When Dural entered the exam room she did not introduce herself or greet me, but rather began by saying 'I sent you a message' which she did not as this is the first I had ever interacted with her when I told her I had no message from her she said ' I sent you a message telling you that I can't help you. You cannot get lumbar injections with an A1C over 6.9' I said and mine was 7.2 last visit which was last week with my PCP. She stared at me and said 'What more do you want me to say?' Keep in mind... I had X-rays done and she didn't ask me anything about my symptoms or what I was experiencing or even brought up my imaging to go over them with me. She stood up and opened a lumbar injection brochure and placed it on the corner of her desk.

If I could give her zero stars I would
If I could give her zero stars I would. Her demeanor and attitude toward her patients is very poor, and she has no compassion. She was asked to explain something more in-depth because it was unclear and stated "I'm explaining this at a 2nd-grade level, how do you not know what i'm saying?". When the patient cried she made fun of them multiple times. I would tell people to see ANYBODY else. Her reviews on her website are 4.9 out of 5 but it seems as if she makes them herself because they are full of typos and every other website has her rated under 3 stars. I would be embarrassed to be associated with her.

The office staff was very efficient in scheduling me very easily for the day I requested. Dr. Dural was very attentive to my problem and took her time explaining what was going on and going over my X ray. Left the doctors office with useful exercise and treatment information.

I wish I had read these reviews before I saw Dr. Dural. She does not listen to what the patient is explaining about why they are there. She looked at my X-rays and I was having hip pain and immediately told me I needed back injections. I ask her if she was going to do an MRI to make sure that was the solution to my problem. She told me no, not unless I got the back injections. Then sent me off with a pamphlet on back injection and told me to call and set up an appointment. I have not been Kelsey for very long. I get not get a very good impression of Kelsey's specialist from this doctor.

She is rude, condescending, interrupts you, makes childish non verbal gestures and inappropriate comments. Her documentation demonstrates her refusal to listen to the patient! She treats you as a number and not a human! I will NEVER waste my time and hard earned money again. I will not refer any of my patients, friends, family, anyone ever to this person! I give her less than a 1/10.

Very rude. Total waste of time. Did nothing to diagnose issues with constant back pain. I’m not sure she is really a doctor. We have used Kelsey about 5 years and I’m not sure why they keep this doctor. Won’t be using this person again.

She was rude and condescending. She didn’t even let me explain my pain before interrupting me and telling me I was wrong. She followed me to the nurses station and continued her rant while I was trying to get my referral instructions from the nurse. I left still in pain, and also in tears. Worst experience ever with a physician. Her staff was polite....IDK how they work with her.

Terrible bedside manner, focuses on medicating rather than fixing root cause of issues. Is very condescending and somewhat insulting, would not see her again or recommend her to anyone. MRI results showed multiple spinal issues which would indicate needed spinal surgery but wants to focus on heavily medicating instead.

Dissatisfied Patient – Jan 20, 2020

Dr dural saw me with debilitating pain running down my left arm. I had already had a recent emg showing it was stemming from my neck and a previous mri a year earlier showing disc issues. She ordered an mri and then suddenly refused to follow up further when insurance denied it (due to her not putting proper info in) and then told me to see a rheumatologist for fibromyalgia. I followed up with a neurosurgeon and require ACDF surgery with SEVERE disc issues and very painful compressed nerves. Don’t waste your time with her. I am still shocked at her demeanor and assumed lack of knowledge. I wish I didn’t waste two painful weeks waiting on her to care for me while my symptoms got even worse. Shameful. Lisa also is awful and, Yvonne is actually a really nice assistant/nurse (?).

So far so good. I was diagnosed with arthritis in my lower back after complaining of lower back and hip pain, and numbness in my left thigh. I was prescribed an oral steriod and muscle relaxer to be taken at night only for pain, along with physcical therapy, and a physical examination (to make sure I'm not diabetic as steroids can raise your sugar levels). She seemed to be thrurough in her recommendations to get me on the road to recovery/less pain, down to even what type of mattress would offer me the best support. I'm generally leary about taking medication to treat pain. I'm glad that she's prepared to help me tackle this from all angles. I don't need to mask pain, I need to improve my health. I might add that my bmi is around 36. I'm certain weight loss would also improve my overall well-being.

The appointment to discuss the SI joint was a waste of time and money. She said she didn’t have the ability to access the MRI and CT discs I brought. She doesn’t do pain injections but the only facility she would send me to would be the medical center.

My Son was seeing another Orthopedic Dr. He was not seeing any improvements after 6 months. I took him to my Dr. Dural, and she quickly re-diagnosed his issue and started the correct treatments and medications. He has improved almost instantly.

The likelihood of me recommending this doctor or Kelsey Seybold to anyone is now completely off the table. Before I started my treatment with Dr. Dural, my husband went to see her a few years ago because he herniated a disc. She refused an MRI and was uncomfortable prescribing pain medication. Within 24 hours my husband was at the emergency room having surgery with his original doctor. I wanted to give her a second chance considering I'm going through something different. What a waste.

went to her as a Kelsey Seybold patient because my doc said I needed a spine spec. said she wasn't qualified to treat me and then didn't even offer anything for pain or rehab-waste of time and really don't see how she got the title of specialist-im starting to think that Kelsey unfortunately seems to be like a pyramid and you get referrels and not the treatment for more money-sorry to be honest
