Not Accepting new clients unless Newborns/siblings
(Not Accepting new clients unless Newborns or patient siblings goes there) that was the response of the receptionist that answered the phone today when my wife tried to call to setup and appointment for our 5 years old daughter. we called last month for an appointment, and they promised us to give us a call back and never did. My wife called again this morning and the lady who answered told her that the doctor is not taking new patients unless if it was a newborn or their siblings already goes there. My wife said: "you should have told me that last time when i called for an appointment plus newborns are considered new clients so i am. The receptionist responded: "newborns are more likely to stay longer with the doctor for a longer term and that's what the doctor said." It is all about business and money i guess and not about patients' health.

Dr. Khan is the most wonderful pediatrician I have ever had the good fortune to have. He genuinely cares for my children and responds immediately to my concerns and questions. Physicians like Dr. Khan are extremely rare and nearly impossible to find. Dr. Khan listened to and valued my input. He cared for my two sons like we were his family. We've moved to California and have a good pediatrician, but he's just not Dr. Khan. You can trust him with your precious little ones. If only he was in Cali.
