terrible service
One of most terrible staff I have dealt with and an incompetent doctor. While calling them, if you choose the option of “returning patient”, your call will never get through. I have spent 2 hours one morning and 4 calls. Fifth time I chose “new patient”, and call was immediately picked up. Office is not ready to give me x-rays unless I come to office and order in person and wait for them to create CD for $15.Doctor was terrible, he didn’t ask much and took x-ray and told us nothing wrong and gave over the counter cream, I ask him to write the name of cream on a paper, the receptionist took 45 mins to write it down for us. Other doctor we visited diagnosed with severe tendonitis in both feet.

Disappointed
I have gone only a few times but each time the office is full of patients and I feel like I’m at a cattle call. Not much time is given to each patient. After it’s decided you need a referral to somewhere it takes Marianna forever to put it in. Most places take about 5-7 days, but she takes a month or more. This has not only happened to me but other patients I spoke to who have gone there. People need referrals because they have something painful going on and need timely assistance to get help for their problems. She also likes to give her 2 bit opinion on whether you will be approved for the referral which is NOT her job. No one asks for her opinion. Plus I’ve heard a number of the office staff complain about and say disparaging things about Dr. Kosari on the phone in the front office right in front of patients in the waiting room. I think the doctor is okay, he seems nice, but his staff is terrible!

Mean nurse
Dr. Kosari was fine, I only saw him a few mins but he was straight forward and professional. However, at my second appt when I was going to have a procedure done, the nurse was so rude and unprofessional-I didn't get her name but she was blonde with a European accent. Naturally I was scared and wanted my husband to come in with me but she told me only the patient. I guess my reluctance annoyed her because she began trying to force me in the room saying "you'll be fine, you'll be fine. Here's the room, you'll be fine". She also told me "we only allow two people for kids, you'll be fine, you're an adult". She made me feel like I was wrong for being scared. Being an adult doesn't mean I'm not aloud to have fears! I left upset and still in pain. The receptionist was understanding and kind so that was nice at least, she offered to make another appt but I will never go back.

3 years ago, I had the lengthening of my 4th Metatarsal. Dr. Kosari was amazing. I was a pain in the butt sometimes, because I didn't think I was pleased but before I had the surgery he assured me that my toe was fine. I was unconfident and had pain. Dr. Kosari did my surgery so well, that the Doctor's in New York City refuse to believe the surgery was ever done. There is no scarring on my actual bone, except one small dot. I prayed and asked God for the best surgeon and complete healing and did both! Dr. Kosari and staff is AWESOME! So well that my residency doctor wants to work for him next year when he relocates to Cali! Thank you! I appreciate you and the staff and forever more God's blessings to you all! I recommend him! I co- sign for Dr. Kosari lol You restored confidence back that you don't even know.
