Dr. Badri is another in a string of providers who are declaring their 'educated assessments' over a patient's own health history, or even their own educated assessment. The egotism in that statement, coupled with refusals to run labs that would provide a true clear picture is detrimental to health understanding and patient safety. If you are actively in charge of your own health, this is not the doctor for you. The dismissal is palpable and the verbal refusals are quick and ridiculously telling of his lack of understanding. I sat in his office experiencing the beginning of another cardiac episode and was denied a specific blood test. I also requested my regular thyroid panels, which I have been unable to obtain for 3 years because hospitals were needlessly hostile. And was told that one specific blood test was all that was needed. that test does not a full picture give and there is a reason for the entire panel.
