AWFUL!!!! I am an RN & was a long time pt. I made a recent, yearly, checkup appt, as I had not heard from the office to schedule that appt. I had to cancel twice, due to a severe, 3 week struggle with bronchitis & rescheduled. Both appts on Mondays & office had no way to leave messages on weekends of need to cancel, so had to call that day. I was sent a letter saying they were cancelling me as a pt, due to THEIR multiple attempts at contacting me to make a yearly appt., with no response. NOT TRUE! When I called, I was told they cancelled me, because of the 2 cancelled appts, even though I was sick & did not want to expose staff or other pts. They had cancelled my upcoming appt., without contacting me! I would have to call my regular doctor & get another referral! TOTALLY unprofessional & poor pt treatment! Will not be returning!
