Dr. Balakrishna Prabhakar, MD

I have been utilizing Dr Prabhakar for the past 8 years as my Primary Care Physician. During this time period we have built a strong Doctor/Patient relationship. I have complete confidence in him knowing he will take care of my issues or get me to the appropriate specialist when that is the correct course of action. Use this doctor with confidence.

Skip it Please: I never write a review but I have to write here to save others. Please skip this Dr until unless you want to get a basic service with as high cost as possible. I have done the annual check up with this Doctor previous year but was not happy that time itself so during pandemic I went with him this year as well. I knew my vitamin D number ll be low but the report will take 2 days after the blood work. After the result they want me to schedule a tele-visit and then release the tablet, I have told, I am not interested to pay for the tele-visit. can you please release my tablet. They refused until unless you accept the tele-visit we can't proceed further. I have agreed and in televisit nothing he explain , asked me to do daily exercise and i am prescribing the same 50,000IU for 6 months once again which he did last year. for this 1 min work they want televisit and charge me. There are more but wanted to keep it as less as possible.

Caring and kind doctor, I really appreciate the time Dr. Prabhakar gives to listen to my problems.

THEY SUCK! they never scheduled my original wellness appointment and they’re giving me the run around for thyroid treatment. The staff is uneducated and so is the doctor. y’all trash

Second bad experience and a repeat of the last. He lied about ever seeing me previously. Was trying to prescribe medication with adverse affects to my condition. He ended up prescribing something benign and unnecessary without my knowledge. Then tried to dig into my employment history. Would not prescribe smoking cessation.repeated visits even required for a reference. Marie continually difficult. Stay away from this presumptuous disingenuous quack.

Listened to what ever I had say paitiently. Vet easy to deal with
