Doctor was very kind and professional. Easy to talk to and answered all my questions. Really focused on lifestyle changes instead of pushing medications first. Made it simple to understand what was going on!

I have never dealt with a doctor's office this UNPROFESSIONAL! First, there's no way to communicate with the doctor other than via his receptionist and then its phone tag back/forth. No portal, no nothing. After my dissatisfaction with the doctor himself (poor bedside manner) I changed doctors only to receive, months later, a hand written envelope with a bill stating my payment was "seriously past due" and to "call the office immediately". After several attempts at calling the number on the statement (getting weird ring tones like a fax) I finally got through to a gal who told me she couldn't take a credit card payment over the phone and I had to call the doctor's office (whose number wasn't printed on the statement!). I finally got through to the doctor's office and paid my bill..,the worst $40 that I've spent in a long time.

Dr. Kang told me my gross hematuria was from passing kidney stones but now a couple of years later I discover it was from bladder cancer, now at a late stage. He didn't check my bladder. Oops. Other than that, he's fine.

A+++. I can only praise the care and service I’ve received from Dr Kang and his staff. My Favorite of many Dr’s I’ve seen. Always has the time to explain and keep me informed. Always goes the extra mile.
