Knowledgeable but demands very frequent visits
I appreciated the opportunity to have a video conference with the doctor from within the office, as I understand she employed adjustments to maintain a necessary physical distance from patients. While her approach didn’t align with my specific needs, I recognize that she is a competent and caring doctor who is genuinely trying to provide the best care for her patients. I wish her and her practice all the best.

Very good about addressing all areas of health according to age etc. Shows genuine concern for her patients and follow up's are done by her. Makes phone calls to her patients herself. Truly a great Dr. Always her patient's health is of great concern and she let's you know that with much compassion. Dr Baliga and her staff are the most.

Would NOT Recommend!!!
Awful office, the PA and the MD do not care. The office staff will not answer the phone, they won't call in refills, they won't even answer the pharmacists messages. Save yourself a lot of trouble and go anywhere else!!!!!!

If there was an ability to give zero star ratings then I would be giving this instead of the one start review I am forced to give this office. They are super rude and make patients wait and wait for important tests and scans to be scheduled. The office is grossly understaffed and overbooked and can not address their chronically sick patients’ needs when it is needed most. I called to cancel my appointment after I found a physician that actually is addressing me in a timely manner and was ASKED if I wanted to make a complaint, I agreed only to be rudely addressed by a woman that said she didn’t care to hear what I had to say and was not going to waste her time hearing it and then proceeded to hang up on me after I was very polite to her despite her rudeness toward me. You can never get a call back, it takes 20-30 calls back to back in hopes that someone will answer the office line because they have three offices ran out of one phone number and one office staff. It is ridiculous the amount of unprofessionalism that is being paid to work there and handle people’s lives in their hands.

I would absolutely not recommend this practice to anyone!! In three and a half years I was only seen by the doctor one time! The rest of the time I was seen by a PA. This would have been fine, except it appears that no MD was actually overseeing or reviewing the orders of the PA. I recently underwent an invasive test involving the injection of radioactive material in my body that was totally unnecessary!!!! All because the PA did not know that my lab results were NOT abnormal. No one expects a PA or CNP to know everything that a doctor knows, or should know, but they should at least be monitored, especially when costly, invasive tests are being ordered. I just canceled my upcoming appointment and have a new doctor who actually knows how to interpret lab results.

I will most likely be finding a new doctor because they overbook people for the same time slot and then you end up waiting for at least one hour before being seen. Why not just make the appointment for the one hour later time?!? I do not like how they overbook. Makes me feel as if they only want the money and do not care at all about me and my health.

I like the doctors, but the wait time is outrageous and the staff can be rude and uncaring. Also, the doctor told me they would be referring me to a rheumatologist. Here it is SIX weeks later and MULTIPLE calls to their office asking for a call back and not getting one. I finally made an appointment with my GP so I can get him to refer me to the rheumatologist. It's a shame that they are so overbooked that they can't take care of their patients. I like the doctors, but the rest of the patient experience is horrible.

Dr. Baliga's office is the most unpleasant group of people. They are extremely unhelpful and shuffle you in and out like cattle. I asked for a fax number so they could send my records to my regular physician and they wouldn't even look that up for me. They made me go to my car to get my phone to look up the number. They also made me feel crazy for wanting to do a telehealth apt instead of an in-person apt when COVID-19 was at it's worse. The waiting room is not the cleanest. I saw a piece of candy on the floor when I went in for labs. A week later I went to have results read and the same candy was in the floor. I wouldn't recommend.

I arrived early for my appointment to get checked in the waiting area was full. I couldn't find a place to sit and there were between 40 and 50 people waiting to be seen ahead of me. I couldn't even see the doctor because I had to go back to work. I had to reschedule my appointment for a later date. The place is disorganized and doesn't have their medical records organized. They don't have but two people answering the phone and checking people in and out. If the doctor was overbooked for appointments he / she needed to reschedule some of them. The doctor needs more people on staff to manage his patients.

This place is a laugh. If it weren’t for the nurse practitioner “Lisa” I would have left before now. Sitting in the waiting room now for an hour 20 minutes and still waiting. So disorganized and chaotic, nobody knows what the other person is doing. The only thing they have down is taking your payment when you walk in the door. Double and triple book just in case people walk out!

The doctors in this office aren't bad. They listen and don't make me feel bad if I mess up with my diabetes. They don't show much care, but I'm sure after years of seeing patients that don't care for themselves, it's draining. The STAFF. That's where this whole thing goes downhill. They all have bad attitudes, act like they can't be bothered, and it's like pulling teeth to get them to work with my medical suppliers. They've hung up on me more than once. I'm trying to find another doctor, becaus

After 2 appointments I never made it to the office. The first appointment was scheduled and I didn’t know about it. No calls or voicemail from the office. Front desk was rude when I tried to explain. She rescheduled me 2 months out. 2nd appt was unable to locate the office after driving around in circles. The office staff has no information due to the calls are routed to the Alabama office. They are unable and didn’t care to help. Customer service -10

I love Dr Baliga. She is knowledgable, empathetic and cares about her patients. I could stay and talk to her all day sharing ideas. She likes to hear your opinion on health issues. She is not the all and knowing Doctor, but stands her ground when necessary. I just wish her staff would get it together and watch her back to make it easier for her to do this difficult job. She prevails regardless., and we appreciate her commitment to her patients.

She takes advantage of people on Medicare!!! She has you come back every few weeks just so she can bill Medicare - you have to wait hours for to be seen because she over books. She only cares about MONEY! She overcharges and REFUSES to give a refund! Even when you try to (respectably) show receipts and EOB's to show that her billing is wrong. Neither she or her staff would even look at it. They are all So rude and disrespectful!!!

Dr Baliga is really nice, but her staff is horrible. I waited 4 hrs to get a shot because no nurse was available. Waited 2 hrs because front desk incompetent personnel. Let's also give honorary mention to the blonde lady upfront that handles insurance and how rude she is. It's sad because I've follow Dr Baliga since she was in St francis and her office is in decadent status due to hiring incompetent personnel.

This office is a disaster from entry to exit! The billing department is totally incompetent and will double bill you at every instance! Keep all your receipts to prove payment because they cannot keep track of their own payments and receipts! They are threatening in tone and manner every way imaginable. This is my professional and personal experience as an RN and medical coder/accounting x 25 years. No $ or unpaid balance= no medication refilled regardless of your health condition.
