Dr. Bao-Anh Bui, MD

The staff are absolutely wonderful. Everyone from the lady at the front desk, to the nurse who took my vitals, to the lady who drew my blood, and, of course, the doctor himself.All did an amazing job with my care. I could not have asked for a better staff or doctor.

Dr. Bui is an outstanding doctor. He was willing to go above and beyond and do additional research outside of his field into a specialty just to determine the medicine he was prescribing was safe for me to take. He ordered all the correct tests and made appropriate referrals immediately and was very thorough. He is fast paced and does not waste time by taking on too many patients at once and bouncing around rooms with unnecessary pleasantries, like other doctors do. The office visits are short and precise. He is straight to the point and focused more on the facts and your health than anything else. I’m relieved he was assigned by my insurance provider as my primary care doctor. I recommend him to anyone looking for doctor who is honest and direct. He is brilliant, competent, and apparently according to these websites underrated.

This office is a joke! I had a virus and Medicine was prescribed but it made me itch all night. Called the pharmacist to see if I could take Benadryl for the itching. She recommended that I call the doctor. Call at 8:05 an explained to the nurse and asked if new script could be called in. I called back at 3:00. Nurse said she would tell Dr. Bui again. Got a call at 3:58 and said new script was ready but I had to pick it up tomorrow because office was closing at 4:00 because no more patients. WOW

I would not recommend this place to the devil or any living person with a heart. Rude staff, rude Doctor. He blamed my arthritis on me being overweight I'm a size 14. Then when I got pregnant he kept asking if I was I sure because it could be the extra weight I put on. He had the proof with blood work and urine sample. It's very hard to get someone on the phone to make an appointment. Took six months to get a referral for my arthritis. So far it's been almost a month to get a referral to an OBGY
