I've gone in to Baptist Primary 3 times now. Every time it's been prescriptions either messed up or not covered by my insurance. The pharmacy has a hard time reaching the office for corrections. Days of faxes not going through, even though they say that's not possible. Don't ask for care that might make your work life/ life easier. It's not happening, and they don't care! Disappointing!

She is great! Finally I found a great doctor who listens to me, do follow-ups and speaks Spanish. The office it is also great, they answer phone calls and the referrals are quick.

She may ask you,to call back after the,visit, if you are not feeling better. My experience with call back was that she does not listen to you and makes pre-judgments about your call based on office staff? You do feel terrible that you made the call- belittling experience.

I have been going to Dr. Correal for about a year. She is detailed, clear and shows concerns for her patients. She follows up and does a great job in dealing with patients. I would highly recommend her.
